I belong to the first CSE batch of IIT Tirupati. We had it rough because of no senior guidance, and a sense of helplessness. But having said that, CSE is all about self effort and dedication. Whatever college you choose, you’ll feel a bit clueless till about your 3rd semester. But to get through, you need dedication and patience. Now coming to your answer, IIT Tirupati is a good choice for CSE. You should consider this college if you couldn’t get into CSE at the old IITs. The reasons for this are- Some of the excellent faculty of IIT Madras still take a few core courses at IIT Tirupati. The CSE lab is well-equipped and Air Conditioned. The college library remains open till 9 pm. The hostels are quite nice. Regardless of the IIT, it is your own efforts and the guidance of your mentors that will lead you towards success in any field.

An In-depth review of IIT Tirupati

Students have many scholarship opportunities from both the government and institutions. One of them is merit cum means scholarship(MCM), which helps students by giving full refunds of tuition fees to the top 25% of students, which I am currently availing right now. There is also an NSP scholarship similar to MCM. Campus employment opportunities like teaching assistance can be offered to undergrad students some time but mostly will be for students in graduate program

Fee is dependent on income certifacte and caste of the student For a general guy he has to pay 1L per semester as tution fee. For a guy with family income within 1L to 5L has to pay 35K, below 1L has to pay 0Rs Coming to hostel fee every person has to pay 40K per semester Students can apply for educational vidya laksmi scheme (income below 9L) with less interest There is a seperate body for placements and internships. Companies come and take students . Avg CSE package is 21L

The fee structure is for semester its 41000 now but before it was 37000 due to increase in mess food Scholarship is good actually they are providing good but our cgpa should be above 5 Campus employment is quite ok

I dont like the curriculum of campus its very fast one sem in 4 months

Hostel and mess affairs fees have increased from 131 per day to 200,the schlorship we get are institute ans nsp,nsp per year is 62000 around and institute per sem is around is 7k if the student belongs to st category then they should cross 5 gpa per sem and it changes from category to category.

IIT Tirupati Review

The college complete fee for B.Tech was around 3 lakh which is very reasonable for an IIT college and the placement of the college is also very good the highest salary packages are around 43 LPA and the average salary packages range from 11-14 LPA which is a very good return on investment.
