Our batch has only 13 students. Interaction with faculty is high and personal guidance can also be seeked. Faculty are often interacting and helping out students in everything. They are working very hard to give students opportunity to learn from other important people in the field and take guidance by organising all kind of mentoring sessions that are required. The course cirriculam is made according the the need of the industry. We are taught hardskills such as demanding software skills that are needed for the public policy students. Professors always takes the classes and never skips it. They even take extra classes in case students need more help in understanding something.

Excellence of IIT-Tirupati

Faculty to student ratio will be around 0.25 to 0.5 based on branch I like all the faculties because they try to provide their best There will be 2 mid sem or 1 mid sem based on professor's wish and one end sem. Mid sem will be moderate and end sem will be somewhat difficult compared to mid sem

An In-depth review of IIT Tirupati

Some faculty are very helpful and friendly.

Some of the faculty are very well experienced and supportive to the students but some of them are not good. But honestly, such stuff happens everywhere. Most of the faculty encourage students to interact even after class timings. Some of them are very difficult to understand. The overall learning experience is actually fine for me.

IIT TIRUPATI CIVIL

Supportive faculty: The faculty are very friendly and are available for discussions. Their knowledge in the subjects is very deep.

Most of the civil engineering department faculty are quite knowledgeable and very friendly. Most of them have done their Ph.D. in IITs and a few of them in well-renowned foreign universities. We are assigned with a professor as a faculty advisor from the first year. The more we interact with them, the better we get to know about the opportunities. For a student who is really into civil engineering, this college is really a blessing given the knowledge of the faculty and the projects offered. And yeah, the director himself is from the civil department.

IIT Tirupati Review

As the college is a new member of the IIT family so, I was not expecting much from the faculty side but I was wrong. the college has not compromised with the quality of faculty. The faculty of the college are extremely expert in their field with adequate industrial exposure related to their stream. Most of the faculties are of PhD level and they have completed their research work from the renowned institute of India and abroad.

Basic information about IIT Tirupati

It has a perfect blend of young, energetic and experienced faculties. Because it is new institute and less strength of students hence here professors are easily approachable and you can get their maximum attention unlike old IITs.
