REVA University Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Reva University offers a good placement rate for Computer Science Engineering students. About 100 percent placements are guaranteed provided that the student cooperates. Students can get placed by the end of the third year or the beginning or fourth year. There are many on-campus placement drives but students can participate in off-campus drives too. The highest package offered for CSE students is 25 lakhs PA. Whereas, the lowest package offered is about 2.5 to 3lakhs PA. Many products, as well as service-based companies, visit the campus like Amazon, CISCO, Intel, Dell, IBM, Wipro, TCS, etc. Getting placed in A-tier companies is a bit difficult. My plan for Btech CSE is to get placed in a good Product based company! If not, I plan to pursue higher education, either MTech or MBA.

I am not aware of the placement process. But I heard the highest package was offered was 6 lakhs, not sure of the authenticity of the news. I am planning to do my 2 year MBA from IIM cracking the CAT.

From the 7th Semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Amazon, HCL, ABB, Dell etc., visit the campus every year and there are hundreds of students getting placed. Nearly 20-30 companies visit. The percentage of students getting placements is very less as filtration is very high and also many of them opt to do their master's degree. Even I have plans of doing my masters after getting the degree.

For admission to the MBA Course, a good score is required in the REVA Management Aptitude Test (REVA MAT). CAT/MAT/C-MAT scores are also considered and a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% is acceptable to be considered for application in the first place.

Almost all of the students are placed in multinational corporations, and the education is seriously excellent. In addition, the college provides placement training, which helped students during their placement interview sessions. The average pay package offered to 80 percent of the campus's students in my class was 3 lacs per annum. However the highest package offered was 10 lacs. Every year, many students are placed in companies such as HCL, TCL, Infosys, Wipro, and others. I wanted to go for further studies so I did not appear in the placement drive. However most of my friends who sat in the placement round, got selected at multinational companies.

Students will have a great possibility for placement, and they will be able to take advantage of a variety of benefits. Not just after we finish our degree, but also when we are in our first or second year of study. We have the option of attending a college interview and working part-time.

I had to sit for the REVA University aptitude test as part of the admission process. I had to secure a score of over 90% to ensure that I get selected. After I was shortlisted I was called for a Group discussion and Interview round. I took the help of one of my seniors who was already studying here to prepare for the interview. I was asked about my personal and career goals during Interview.

No, I did not go for any GD/PI but I appeared for CAT exam or you have a choice for the entrance exam conducted by the college which is REVA CET. Also bachelor degree is also considered with minimum 50 percent aggregate in any stream.

As of now since I am in my second year i don't know much about placements but I have heard from my seniors that the placements are best. The college provides assistance starting from the last year of the curriculum. College also provides some of the placement training classes.

The quality of education is what made me select this university. The college provides excellent quality of teaching. Reva University is one of the top universities in India. Their campus is also very attractive and many students get attracted towards it and takes admission. University prepares students for every situations in life. Students need to fill application form by paying Rs 1000 and after that based on thier application they are offered seat.
