Ashoka University Placements 2023 final report is released. According to the report, the university achieved 100% placements. 351 students were placed with 383 offers. Ashoka University highest package increased by 17% to INR 35 LPA whereas Ashoka University average package stood at INR 10.5 LPA. The highest number of students were placed for the Consulting roles (19.9%). The highest number of students were placed from the Ashoka Scholarship Programme (185). A total of 146 recruiters actively recruited students during the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters of Ashoka University included Deloitte USI, Genpact, Indus Insights, Clix Capital, The Convergence Foundation etc.
Ashoka University Internships 2023 is also concluded with 490 offers. Ashoka University highest stipend stood at INR 1.5 Lakhs while Ashoka University average stipend stood at INR 15 K per month.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements for different majors after their 3rd or their 4th years. The campus provides students with placements. Companies like McKinsey, Goldman Sachs and other consultation companies visit Ashoka and they don't have a fixed number of offers they make. The percentage varies for different majors and different companies. I intend to join the family business after completing my degree
Placement Experience:
Though most of the students have opted to go for higher education, the placement at Ashoka is good. Nearly 250+ companies visit Ashoka for recruitment every year. The highest package has been 37LPA. The highest stipend has been 1.5 lakhs per month. The average package is 7-8 lakhs per annum. They assist students to go for higher education in India as well as abroad.
Placement Experience:
It trains its students following a global and application-based approach. It has secured placement offers from leading companies such as Star TV, Genpact, RBL Bank and McKinsey & Company. Companies across BFSI, Consulting, IT and Social sectors visit the campus for offering placement offers to the students. Various roles such as management trainee, research associate, marketing, HR, operations, finance, analyst, consultant, project and product managers, etc. More than 200 recruiters visit the campus for placements every year. Placements are managed by the Career Development Office of Ashoka University.

More than over 200 companies from every field visit our college and offer jobs to us. There is good internship and placement opportunity. Companies like Zomato, RBL bank, India Infoline and many more companies like these provide placement opportunities.

- The rounded campus life and the quality of education and environment provided by the university, Ivy league faculty
- The diversity of people brought in and carefully curated by the university to mingle with and broaden horizons. Students were highly global
Dislikes
- Geography of the campus, in the interiors of Sonepat and very secluded. Unsafe outside campus. Can get claustrophobic and loose touch with the real world at times
Placement Experience:
From the start of the course, students keep getting internship opportunities through the Career cell of the University. With no restrictions on timeline, suitable companies come in for campus recruiting based on interest and availability and students can choose to get placed anytime based on convenience and requirement. The university prepares a student for the real world and to always stand out in the crowd, hence campus placement patterns are flexible and not rigid. I personally chose to get placed off campus for my first work opportunity.

The entrepreneurship is one of the minors available at Ashoka which allows students to venture and build their own start-ups. A student of Ashoka pursued their passion of cooking by starting a restaurant on campus called The Hunger Cycle. Most students apply to universities abroad for further studies.

Has great placements, haven't completely been exposed to it as of yet since I am still a first year student, but some companies which recruit Ashoka students are Ambition Box, Ernst and Young, RBL Bank etc.

There are a lot of internships opportunities. For example, banks, travel companies like make my trip provide internships with really good amount of stipends. Particularly i think the average stipend is around 15000 a month and the internships is generally around 3 months long

Yes, students can pursue summer internship programme. It is offered to UG and PG Students. However, no academic credits will be awarded for the Summer Internships. They will recieve a certificate of completion. The duration of internship is 8 to 10 weeks.
