National institute of technology mizoram

Likes

The weather and the climate is soo good and people also
As the labs are in different blocks walking there with friends is good
Studies are also. Good and enjoyable and faculty is also good

Dislikes

Sometimes walking that much distance is quite difficult
Food is very bad in hostel and out side too it is difficult to find good food
There are no many places for entertainment and fun purposes

Placement Experience:

Placements are also good Highest pkg is 28lakhs in eee department Companies like Wipro Amazon Flipkart Infosys do visit here and this year as the it sector is down so mechanical civil and electrical are placed with 10 to 15 lakhs pkg Approx 65percent is the placement rate

Weather and climate and the locality people
Classes and going to labs with freinds is good
Faculty is also good and there are many awasreness programms

Dislikes

The food quality provided after paying full fees
Sometimes it is difficult to walk that much distance

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students can eligible for campus placements TCS and Infosys wipro kind of companies do visit And this year form mechanical and electrical and civil are placed max as the it sector is down 28lpa is the highest and the average is 6 to 7 lakhs 65 to 75 percent is average placement rate

Review of nit mizoram

Likes

The city of aizawl is very good and people are very friendly
The environment is very pure and as it is on mountains one can enjoy view through the windows
Faculties are well educated and are qualified from reputed institutes

Dislikes

It is at very extreme location in the north east
People here don't speak or understand Hindi so communication is tough
To reach this place is not so easy and is very time consuming

The course curriculum here is ok as it is a college of national importance so the course here is centrally managed by the government so it is good. Overall the faculties are well educated from very reputed institutions

My experiences at nit mizoram

Likes

There are not any type of distractions here unlike other colleges
It is at the top of mountains so view from here is also great
People of mizoram are very friendly and very helpful

Dislikes

To reach this place is very difficult and very time consuming
We have to walk for almost 1 mile sometimes to buy some very normal things
Language problem in this state people don't speak or understand Hindi

The course curriculum is overall good here.As it is a college of national importance so the courses are according to the national guidelines.The facilities of the well furnished and well equipped laboratories make the learning easier

The faculty is good. If you have any doubts in class, you can easily solve your doubts after class. But there is no campus here. The campus of NIT mizoram is spread all over the Aizwal so that you can get some difficulties over there.

Likes

Environment is very good here and very pure oxygen
Senary is good here so that we take photos
People of mizoram is very good and their hospitality is good too

Dislikes

Food of the hostel need to get improved and the quality to
There is no train to Aizawl its only up to silchar
Traveling ; we need to travel bus to the collage for about 20 minutes

Placement Experience:

Campus provide placement and it's also good. Highest pakage offered is around 40lakh. Many companies like TCS, L&T, wipro, Tech mahindra, Infosys, Tata motors, capgemini, BHEL, IOCL visit our collage every year
