Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time B.Pharma Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have obtained individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics both in theory and practical.

B.Pharma Lateral

Admission to Pharma, 2^nd Year is based on the inter-se merit of Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination (UKSEE) conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University on the month of April-June, along with the following minimum eligibility criteria.

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify one of the following entrance test- UKSEE (Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination)

The Campus is best and the many activities are conducted by our college, The engagement with campus life is very friendly and the quality of social interactions is quite good as compare to another colleges.
The faculty's expertise have better knowledge in academic as well as other knowledge, and the teaching methods quite different and when we required for mentorship then it also available for us, Our Placements department are very friendly.

Dislikes

The improvements in our college is to add more activities and make a better rules for colleges, The teaching methods of this college is like a school more focus on academic.
The average placements of this college is 350000, The infrastructure and the campus of this college is quite smaller.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced to take decision to choose this course is i want to be a web developer and to take a better knowledge about computers how it works ans so on. In our curriculum prepares many skill based course are available in our syllabus which helps us to improve our skills which is also helpful for real world applications and solved problems. The improvements in this course are many unrelivent subject which is not necessary for our course, and the teaching methods is quite different for another college. The frequency and the timing of the examination is 3 hours and the difficulty level is medium sometime it is hard or easy.

B Pharma is a regular course. The course curriculum is designed by pharmacy council of India. External exams are conducted 2 times a year or can be said in semestral basis. Internal exams are conducted 2 times a semester.

On my prospective of view my review are below for my jbit campus dehradun

Likes

Labs, cultural activities , internship, medication, decipline etc
Library books and evey source of study material

Dislikes

I don't like the i love jbit poster in the entrance of people
On the entrance there must be a temple for worship

Actually i was all amoung from the biology background in the secondary as well as my higher secondary school So i was soo dedicated toward the medical and i thought to choose the pharmacy to study about human bodies and the medicine that should be used by human for the curement off illness and disease. And i wants to know about how the medicine is made capsulated and various other things that i wanna learn about those things. The curriculum are extraordinary I learnt various things in college about my course and the practicals that made me even more dedicated towards my course The practical labs and medical center must be improved even more. The internal exam must be only 1 and a half hr and the extra of 3 hrs only

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i been found of pharmaceutical branch from long as one or two of my relatives are also doing well in this and also to get good opportunities. The faculty student ratio is i think 1:60. The teachers are mostly phd qualified and also ugc net required i think . The way of teaching is decent though. The exams happens semester wise as per schedule and if you study you can pass exam without difficulty.

The wifi facility is present all over the campus
The labs and classrooms are well maintained, also the people are very nice here.

Dislikes

Some of the teachers are just passout Mpharma students of the college, they dont know how to teach
There is no hostel facility present in the college, we have to rent a room here which is costly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because my father and mother are both pharmacist and they wanted me to do the same. The Faculty:student ratio here is 1:8. The current Director here is Dr. Deepak Teotia and the current HoD of D Pharma is Mr. Arun Kumar. Mr sarfaraz ahmed is the associate professor of Pharmaceutical chemistry. The teachers are mostly good and encouraging, but some of the teachers are just the passout Mpharma students of the college, and they dont have required experience to teach here the exams are conducted yearly and they were easy to pass.

Campus life is good for students as college is located in dehradun where the temperature is very good
library, mess, and all the labs are well equiped

Dislikes

infrastructure is not so great in this college. infrastructure is old school type
washrooms are not so cleaned as they should be
