- The faculty is very helpful and active, with great professionalism, the way of teaching is very understandable if any doubts, they are always available to clear it without any problem.
- Infrastructure is so awesome the views at the campus are the best and you will fall in love with each and every corner of campus
- Also i liked the placements of the college that they provide the placements to the students in best companies and for the good job role as well.
Dislikes
- Hostel facilities are pathetic fungus in washroom mess too far away food is not upto the mark cost : 120000/ annum faculty is not quite responsive facilities not provided as promised everything is delayed
- The hostel mess food is also not good for the students
- The classes are held at different locations which really make us tired as we have to walk a lot to take another class

- The campus overall as it so well structured and organized that one can easily find admin office to classrooms even if they are visiting the campus for the first time.
- Some industrial labs have been set up recently as the curriculum now is industry influenced at GEU.
- So many good joints close to the campus and all of them so affordable that students will never gave much burden on their pocket.
Dislikes
- Not many societies and clubs at GEU are active which ideally they should be.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Well firstly it's the demand supply case and then I saw the students with top packages, all are from CSE branch and that was more than enough for me. Our curriculum has a lot of influence straight from the industries of our space. Time to time industrial people come for guest lectures and letting us know what skill sets and what all is required currently. IT is a sector where uncertainties hang but we our course teaches us all to find the way out.

- Classrooms and infrastructure is something that liked the most and also the campus.
- Boys to girls ratio in my course was also good so that opened doors for a good environment
- Bus facility was just 1250.rs per semester so was affordable.
Dislikes
- Too much pressure to students by the teachers.
- Not so good placements as the holding says on the streets.
- Too many useless assignments and work which was a waste of time.
Placement Experience:
From 4th year students are eligible for the placements.
Companies like coforge, sopra steria, jman, zscaler , etc. visited and made several offers.
Average package is 4lpa. Highest was around 40lpa.
Around 60% make it to placements.
I am also placed in tcs prime profile by giving tcs nqt exam. It was offcampus placement.

- College environment, there is lot of greenery in the campus.
- Our annual fest also known as GRAFEST is the most awaiting moment.
- The faculties are very supportive and helping.
Dislikes
- The tuition fee is little high it could be the burden for students of the lower-income background but you can avail various scholarship that are provided by our college.
Placement Experience:
The average package of our college is about 5-6 LPA and the highest package till now is 84 LPA offered by Atlassian, we used to get various opportunities on campus to sit for placements. If we talk about the placement cell of our college they all are very supportive and active in providing us with opportunities. Companies like Accenture, Microsoft, DE Shaw, Tech Mahindra, Samsung, Amazon, etc used to come on-campus to hire students with hefty packages.

The course character in terms of reverence and comprehensiveness is good nothing to be worry the college atmosphere is also very good one can easily survive and one can easily live also the faculties are also good

- students of CS/IT including teachers are serious towards studies, each and everything , they think lack in their students they work upon it and add them for juniors and for us as well.
- Teachers are supportive , They are always ready to help you , it can be anything that becomes an obstacle in your learning .
Dislikes
- Attendance: they are pretty serious about students maintaining 75% attandance along with good scores and good placement preps which becomes tiresome
- campus life : college seems quiet small for a huge crowd like in grafests and other events
- Medical Facilities: poor medical facilities are available for hostellers , in hostels which are not incampus , they don't even keep a paracetamol in advance for students
Placement Experience:
To be really honest , after recession things are not easy as they were befire there is al lot of competition , times are gone when companies were happy with you solving basic conceptual questions now they want a skilled coder who doesn;t face any difficulty learning anything , basically companies need a robot , in such conditions to students of Graphic era are getting placed in good companies like JP Morgan , Goldman Sachs , Amazon etc.

- The best part is the location as the university is located in Clement town which is far from the main city and has most of the students crowd.
- University is so well maintained that finding dust too is nearly impossible.
- Every year the university is expanding and the university in future will offer more courses than any other university.
Dislikes
- Students here are not so serious about their studies so most students are the ones who are here just for fun.
Placement Experience:
All the IT companies have made Graphic era their hub for placements. Over 100 companies send their requirements every year and Adobe created history by hiring a student of GEU with an annual package of 47 LPA. Apart from Adobe, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and others have made their presence felt by hiring students in abundance every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:
exam timing was quite off. curriculum wise the college was good and all but still it needs improvements like teaching students more about their core subject and allowing them to interact with members of respected field

- Faculty's are quite good, with good knowledge about concepts. Good only if you approach them with your problems otherwise they don't care.
- Campus life was good, meet good people from around the nation.
- Campus facilites are good not all but like wifi, library, labs are good.
Dislikes
- Placement is not that great. few companies with less packages , only 1-2 provide good package but picks very few students.
- Infrasturcture is not that good , very small campus.
- Managment is quite bad at some level, you might have to wait multiple days for your work to be done.
Placement Experience:
Placement are not that great till now not much companies have show up, most companies are for mass hiring providing a very low package, which does not make sense after spending so much on your degree. currently only 8-10 companies have arrived including , tech mahindra, cognizant, accenture, ltiMindtree etc. providing a package not more than 7 LPA.
Highest package offered till now is 9 lpa by Infosys.
My plan is to get a good placement after degree whether from on campus or off campus ( Just like other's :) )

- The campus is nice it has all the greenery that can help you breathe fresh air can relax you form your hectic classes and all.
- College has nice laboratories which can help students to think more practically which is helpful for them.
- Students have so many more facilities like cafeterias, sports auditorium,play grounds, gym, transport covering maximum areas.
Dislikes
- Bit on a higher side in fees which is okay for me but not for childrens like coming from a poor financial background
- So much of addmission intake which increases the population of college sometimes it so many people in the campus that it can look like a carnival
- There is a sort of river or a drain flowing which is not cleaned properly which smells when you pass through it.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Well curriculum was nice which has minimum subjects but a lot in depth it has four to five main subjects in first year
Well curriculum includes theroy as well as practical which is important for real life problems to be tackled.
Course could have less minimum percentage of attendance so that students can develop more skills to selected for jobs.

I choose btech because i really love the computers how do they work how they react on our chats ( i love doing computing) and this course is best for understanding the computer but the assigmnet i get are so much

What is your review of Graphic Era University?

Here is a brief review of Graphic Era University.
- The college infrastructure is average. The sports facilities are not good.
- The faculties have good educational backgrounds. But most of the faculty members don’t put in the required effort.
- The hostel accommodation is decent. The food offered at the mess is decent.
- The CS department has good placement records. Around 80% of students get placed from this branch. The average CTC offered at the institute is INR 5 LPA. But for other branches, placement chances are less than 20%.
- Graphic Era charges huge fees. A BTech degree costs around INR INR 13.32 Lakhs.
Overall, Graphic Era University is average at best.
