- The faculty is very helpful and active, with great professionalism, the way of teaching is very understandable if any doubts, they are always available to clear it without any problem.
- Infrastructure is so awesome the views at the campus are the best and you will fall in love with each and every corner of campus
- Also i liked the placements of the college that they provide the placements to the students in best companies and for the good job role as well.
Dislikes
- Hostel facilities are pathetic fungus in washroom mess too far away food is not upto the mark cost : 120000/ annum faculty is not quite responsive facilities not provided as promised everything is delayed
- The hostel mess food is also not good for the students
- The classes are held at different locations which really make us tired as we have to walk a lot to take another class

- canteen food and the lecture hall is good .Faculty provides all the related course materials. Class timings were also adjusted according to the students.
- exam previous year papers were provided by the university.Hostel food was good with special food provided 2-3 times a week.

- campus area is small because of so many student taking admission.Teachers failing student in exam due to personal grudges.
- Fees payment and return policies. Lack of understanding among the teachers.
Placement Experience:
There is less placements in our college with most of the companies are from off campus which makes it difficult to land a job.There are a min of 5 interview round in a company.Students are eligible from their 3rd year.Highest package is of 33 laks from visa.Percentage is around 35% getting placed. companies like hsbc, cognizant, capgemini etc are there to hire.

- I personally liked the exposure you can get here.
- Dehradun is a nice place and if you love traveling you can definitely explore places near it and food near the campus.
- The course structure is really great and the opportunity for socializing.
Dislikes
- Teachers aren't that good. Just because they own a Phd doesn't make them a great teacher.
- You're on your own and you don't get a lot of guidance.
- Graphic Era is famous for it's events but it's been a semester and I've not seen alot of events happening and also if you're great at something then only you can showcase it because there is no place for an average student.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I wanted to be a software engineer and also because dehradun is a great place. My decision to be in this college is not because of it's curriculum because usually college's have same syllabus.

- Friendly seniors who are ready to interact amicably with us
- Numerous opportunities given to students in non scholastic fields.
Dislikes
- Non centralised campus which is covering less than the advertised
- Focus on traditional book knowledge inspite of skills
- The easy availability of drugs in the area surrounding the college
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose Btech for the fact that I liked the idea of how easily things could be done with coding. The curriculum does prepare us for the real world applications by providing us an insight on how things work in the field of technology. The areas of improvement in the course curriculum could be more focus on computer and related subjects rather than on theory subjects which are in no relationship with tech.
The exams are conducted quarterly in a year. The difficulty level seems to be pretty average , which can be easily conquered through revision pf concepts and going through pyqs

I want to do coding thats why i choose Compuer science engeenering and even i never did coding . but when i came here our faculty teaches us C programming in our first sem very nicely . now i like c programming . in exams level of exam is moderate .

- Mess food is sometimes not so good in taste
- Sometimes you don't have freedom to go anywhere

The college provide us the average placement of around 10 lakhs for annum inside the campus and the outside the campus it is more than that and internships are also there for students and multiple companies like paypal ,swiggy etc sponsor the placements

- The time management might be challenging as there are classes 8-6 most of the days

I have been placed at a decent package which i believe is good during the recession phase . It was from an on campus placement and i am very fortunate about it . I appreciate the college's efforts to provide placements .

- The faculties are a major part of success of university. All the faculties are highly qualified and are great mentors.
- The infrastructure of the university is jaw-dropping, the modern classrooms, labs, libraries, seminar halls, auditoriums, everything is amazing

- The faculties can improve their style of teaching, they can focus more on practical learning.
- The course affordability is high. The course fees is increasing every year and is not much affordable.
- The timetables of the students can be improved. Sometimes there are much gaps between two classes and sometimes it is tightly packed.

- The libraries have some older versions of the books and they need to get the upgraded versions of the books.

What is your review of Graphic Era University?

Here is a brief review of Graphic Era University.
- The college infrastructure is average. The sports facilities are not good.
- The faculties have good educational backgrounds. But most of the faculty members don’t put in the required effort.
- The hostel accommodation is decent. The food offered at the mess is decent.
- The CS department has good placement records. Around 80% of students get placed from this branch. The average CTC offered at the institute is INR 5 LPA. But for other branches, placement chances are less than 20%.
- Graphic Era charges huge fees. A BTech degree costs around INR INR 13.32 Lakhs.
Overall, Graphic Era University is average at best.
