Galgotias University Greater Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements of this year are too bad. Companies are coming but students are not been able to grab the opportunities. Its better to focus on self study, you can pass in exams just studying before a day. There are not much assignments, you just have to submit a end semester project that's it.

I am tech enthusiast and love to code and because of my passion I choose b tech cse. Some Faculty are nice, they will help you and guide but don't misbehave with them then they will be after you for the full semester There were 2 exams per semester - mte and see Faculty qualification were good, some has done PhD too.

Final year students and third year student get a chance to seat in placement cell, TCS, Whipro, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM and many other good companies visited last year with almost 100+ vacancies each. More than 60% of students are placed last year. I will do Mtech further in future

Final year and third year students get the chance to sit in campus placements.TCS visited with the offer of 900 seats and Amazon also visited GU with more than 100 vacancies.Approx more than 80% students are getting placed from GU .I will master my skills in future

There are quite good placement ratios in the university, maximum numbers of recruiters comes to hire students. This year package was about 4 CR which was provided by a foreign based company and the Indian company's recruits around 50 lakhs which was highest, average package was about 5 to 6 lakhs.

I don't know much about it as I'm only in 2nd year now but placement is one of the factor I took admission hese. They must provide good placement. If you know things you can surely get placement. It's not that hard

I chose this course as I have interest in Computer Science & Cyber Security . Faculty:Student ratio = 70:1 . Qualifications of most of the faculty is they have done masters in IITs or some other prestigious institutions but not all of them have the teaching trait like they do know all the concepts but still they cannot explain it but exceptions are there some teachers teach very nice. Well the mid sems are just after half of the portion is completed and endsems are most probably after 1-2 months.

the placement here are good compared to other clgs as galgotia calls recruiter from pacemnt avg package can range from around 6 lpa to 7 lpa and highest can range upto 44lpa with 1cr being the highest off campus placement over 90% of students gets placed

B.Tech CSE graduate can go for establishing a startup, which is based on a new invention, a patent or an innovation, in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Big Data Analytics, Security and Cryptography, Database Management, Quantum Computing, Mobile Computing, and so on.

As Its a private university , so 70-80% depends upon you that how you study and how good you are to crack placement. As per now what I have heard is that , companies visit our university and they hier students who have skills. So the university will definitely help you to get a job and will provide you the companies , rest is upon you that how you grab it.
