Galgotias University Greater Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course curriculum is also good they have unit wise topics. I had chosen BTech from this Galgotias University because this course is very demanding and have good scope in future. Average package of this course is 3 to 4 lakhs per year. Galgotias University highest package gone in 2023 is 1.5 cr which is given by foreign country. Teaching methods is also good but they need to change their teaching techniques. Some changes I need to suggest that they don't try any video lectures they need to give some demo of videos lecture of a particular topic so that students can understand easily. The timing and gap of paper is so good. The gap between the paper are of 2 to 3 months. They take exam in two semester in one year. The examination authority is very active in taking and conducting exams properly.

Students should maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 as it is compulsory as there are many companies who would not allow even any student below 8 CGPA for placements even though the student is very talented and has a lot of skills.

As B-tech cse student i choose this course because of the importance of the program within the university.this program has a strong track record of producing successful graduates or is well- regarded within the industry.The curriculum provides practical learnig opportunities like creating projects and practical exercises can better prepate students.The university ends the six month semester in four months only which led teacher to rush the course of the exam not giving enough time to prepare for exam.The university conducts two exams per semester MTE(mid term examination) and ETE(end term examination). Mid term exams are of 50 marks and the level of the exam is average nor too hard neither easy.The ETE are of 100 marks and the level is hard compared to MTE.

The rating of the course curriculum would depend on the specific college and program. In general, many college curricula are designed to be relevant to the field of study, incorporating current trends and industry requirements. However, there can be variations in comprehensiveness, with some programs covering a broader range of topics and skills than others. Now talking about my course which is b.tech the department is very lazy in all aspects like not giving proper time in exams like after midterms there is only 2 weeks gap for end term exams .

The placement in the college is not as good as i expected at the beginning of the admission the average package of students get placed from the college is 4-5 LPA in the computer science engineering student and there is a only few students got placed from the campus . The students are become eligible for campus placement in there 6th semester . the company visited in the campus is very large like TCS infosis and many more . The highest package is 1.5 CPA and the average is 4-5 LPA . As per my understanding the only top 5-8% students got placed. My Plan is to move to Germany for further studies in masters

If you are in 6 or 7 sem and have 7.5+ CGPA then you are eligible for placements. Every year many foreign companies visit Galgotias University and offers many jobs , in 2023 a foreign company names Zeplin offered 1.5crores to a enginnering student. Average salary are 3 to 4 lakhs depending on your skills. There are good number of students which are placed in companies. After completing my college life , I would love to do job in our beloved country 'India'.

There wasn't any specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course. I just wanted to do engineering from any private college. The difficulty level of examination is not much here. The teachers here are more responsive and responsibility towards the students, but there is the scope of improvement for better future of the students.

Student from 6/7 semester may be eligible for campus placement. There are many prestigious companies come for placement. The off campus placement was 1 cr , Highest in campus placement was 44 lakh per annum.

I am Shubham kumar.They are giving us shedule of class in which all subjects get high quality class.They conduct timely exams to test and examine the students and each students get enough opportunity for their placement.

- I'm a second year student so i don't know much about placements, but our seniors say that internships are started in 5th semester and i think placements are started after 6th semester. - there are accenture and many other companies that gives highest packages of about 16LPA. - i don't know how many students get placed, since this is recession time. - I'll be doing job after persuing my b.Tech degree.
