No, students of Allahabad University will not be allowed to appear for their main exams if their attendance is less than 75%. However, there may be exceptions in some cases. - If a student represents his/her institution, university, state, or nation in sports, NCC, NSS, cultural or any other officially sponsored activities, he/she shall be eligible for relaxation of attendance up to 20% in a course based on the specific recommendations of the Dean/Head of the Department.
