In 2014, Sathyabama University's admission process involved registration, obtaining an admit card, taking the SAEEE entrance exam, receiving results, and attending counseling with original documentation. Admissions were merit-based, with classes starting on September 8. The institution was chosen for its good facilities, strict guidelines, ragging-free environment, on-campus placements, qualified faculty, and well-equipped labs.
