30 Jul, 2025 IIM Trichy IMB Test 2025–26 for the Ph.D. program will be conducted this year in two rounds. The first round will be held on October 12, 2025, and the second round on February 1, 2026. To know, click here.
IIM Trichy provides several postgraduate and doctoral programs, including PGPM, PGPM-HR, Ph.D., Executive Ph.D., and PGPBM (Executive MBA). The flagship program offered by the institute is PGPM.
IIM Trichy Admission to the PGPM and PGPM-HR programs is determined by a valid CAT score, which is accompanied by a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI). IIM Trichy CAT Cutoff 2024 is 94 for the general category.

IIM Trichy PhD Eligibility
- To be eligible for admission, candidates must have scored at least 60% (55% in the case of reserved categories) in a Master’s degree, Integrated Master’s Program, or a 2-year PG Diploma.
- In addition to this, they must have secured at least 60% (55% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized University.
- Candidates who have professional qualifications like CA / ICWA / CS with at least 50 percent aggregate marks along with a Bachelor’s degree (with at least 60 percent marks) are also eligible.

- The selection will be based on scores of the GMAT, GATE, GRE, UGC-JR, or IIMB Entrance Test.
