RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The ongoing demand for CSE with specialization in the field of artificial intelligence. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:25. All the faculty here are Ph.D. holders or pursuing Ph.D. It is difficult to pass university exams.

3rd year in B.Tech is pre-final year. Companies with good companies an exception. The highest package is 47 lacs, average is 4lacs for the 2023 batch CSE. Our head of the T&P department said we believe in the number of placements, not quality. Also, only money is taken for giving you a degree, and rarely good placements are there.

After the 7th semester and before the 8th semester exam companies will arrive and conduct their exam for placement. many companies like HCL, NBC, WIPRO, TELEPROMANCE, MARUTI, TOYOTA and others are interested and have found good matches. the highest package of our college is 9 lacs/annum and the average package is 4 to 5 lacks. I got a 7 lac/annum package in NATIONAL BALL CORPORATION JAIPUR.

From the completion of 6th sem students are eligible for placement here. Like Amazon and Microsoft, tcs , Wipro, etc MNCs visit here. Highest package of 2023 is 12LPA and lowest is around 1.2 LPA. Around 30 to 45 percent students got placed because there is a lot of crowd here. After completing my degree or in 3rd year 8 will start applying in Google, Microsoft, and MNCs companies for placement on off campus. If I get placement here oncampus I definitely go for it and after that I will definitely try for bigger companies.

From the 6th and 7th semester, the student is eligible for placement and there are many companies that come into our college like Microsoft, Google, tata, Mahindra The average package is 5lpa which is quite good than another college.

I think students generally become eligible for placement from the 6th semester. As of 28th September 2023, 217 are placed in the batch of 2024. Companies visited are Microsoft, Flipkart, ZS associates, Celebal Technologies, Accenture, and many more.

From semister 6 or 7 ylthe student become eligible for campus placement there are many company visited in our campus like tata , mahindra,deolite ,amoazon,microsoft and many more The highest pakage is 51 lpa from microsoft and the average apkage is 5 lpa. There are 70 persent of student palced this year.

Placements are nice and a good amount of about 70-80% of students got selected for their jobs by the placement opportunity provided by Poornima college of Engineering. Companies that visited our campus are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc.

Placement opportunities are provided by placement cells but the placement ratio is very low. I think average placement is like 6LPA and as far as I know highest should be 12LPA. You can take the placement test from the 5th or 6th sem sometimes it will take the 7th or 8th sem. Right now I am doing a parallel course of BS in data science and application from IIT Madras which will be completed after one year of B. Tech graduation. So I will try to grab a good placement from this college and try to upgrade with the help of that degree.

The course curriculum is decent but the lecture faculty are not good at teaching at all. But the lab teachers are quite good I like the lab practicals. All the students are friendly with good behaviour. The college has maintained quite good discipline among students as well as faculty. In fact, there is an anti-ragging campaign too. The exams conducted are too early as they conducted the first sem exams after 2 months of admission and the second after 1 month so there is very little gap between the exams which is not sufficient to study to score decent marks
