RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

During the degree in the mid of the thidr year and after the third year the students are eligible for the campus interview. Approx 75 to 90% student cracked the interview. The campus also provided the mock interview with the reputed companies which have good relationship with the campus. There are more than 500+ MNCs have visited in the campus. Top MNCs are visiting in the campus like tcs,Wipro, Google, Microsoft, Infosys,etc The faculty also support to the students to get placed in the company's by giving them proper knowledge about the interview rule and regulations etc

The curriculum's emphasise on Computer Science directly alligns with my interest in computers. the curriculum seems to cover the core concepts. There were balance of theory and practice. we use to have lab sessions where we practice C language in the starting. There were exams, case studies etc.

Placements were very good. As there were about 1000 placements at that time in whole session. But most of the selections were from CS and IT branch. Also the average package was around Rs380000 LPA which was less according to me. I was placed in Infosys, Capgemini and Chegg.

The placement of our college is good but not much efficient because the packages which the students got from the companies is not enough to survive in this current time.But the main quality of the college is that it focuses on the students from 1 year to improve theor skills ,technical skills for which they also organised many meet ups with alumni,webinars ,seminars and many technical events also. The average package of our college is 4 lacs and the highest package is 8 lacs.

RTU exam's difficult is in decent side but when it comes to score, you can achieve a good score even in difficult exam just by writing more and more pages. I think RTU examine the answer sheet of students and score just by counting the number of pages i.e. more the pages you wrote in exam, more you will get marks. Talking about the curriculum, the curriculum provided by RTU for this CSE course is not that much useful and domain specific. I would be happy if they can include more useful subjects rather than those unuseful subjects.

Overall placements are good from this college, The average package of an average student is about 6 to 7 LPA which is good. After 2nd semester you are eligible to apply for internships and after 5th semester you are eligible to apply for campus placements. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, TCS , Genpact, UBuy, celebal technologies, oracle and many more reputed companies hires from this college. The highest package this year in 2023 was about 52 LPA offered by Flipkart. Total percentage of students getting placed is 95% which is a good number. My plans after getting the degree is to get the best and highest package campus placement.

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit to our colleges like justpay, aws, adobe, Ambuja cement etc. The rate of placements is quite slow for two or three years. Frequency of Off campus placements is decent but placements depends upon the skills of students and these required skills are acquired by students themselves. I will not solely depend on college, instead i will seek for opportunities on my own and will try to get my desired package through my hard work.

In 7 th semester you start with your placements Companies like industower, asianpaints, adani green, pinnacle, gr infa, minimalist, torrent and many more Highest pakcage is of 21lakh and average packages are of 6-7 lakhs, profiles are like site engineer, trainee engineer, sales manager and so on. 40 % placement %, since people in civil don't go for them. My plan is to be an IES officer and hens now preaparing for it

The placements of college were so good in our final year because of TPO. and it's going on now as well, but our TPO tried his best to convince the companies, but after the selection of students later on, companies denied giving joinings to the students.

The college activities and syllabus is made in reference of modern education system and world tech demands.Also in our in syllabus some subject are made to improve our thinging skill , communication skills improvement etc..
