RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I liked the electrical branch because as we all know that the future is going to be all in electric whether it involves computer programming to operate a machine or vehicle but there is always be a need for an electrical engineer in every company and this is a fact. If it is an IT company they also hired a lot no. Of electrical engineers because they need to have the proper establishment of their work physically. So I think this is the way I thought when I've decided to choose this field. And also I liked the infrastructure of this college and also there are no restrictions on wearing a proper dress as we did it in school. The teaching is also very good and labs are also very well litted and clean. The faculty and student ratio is also very decent. The faculties are also very qualified in their field and they know how to teach better than us. Midterm tests and RTU exams are also held timely and the level of the paper is decent. If you prepare for the exam seriously. There is no need to worry.

We have decent placements on our campus.The placement percent is increasing year to year with the decent packages .Our colleges supports us in all kind of aspects to get a placement. Our college students got placement in several companies. also there are students develop cell which work on student skills.

CISCO, Wipro, Amazon, Daffodil, In Time Tech, L&T Infotech, ConsultAdd Services Private Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, etc many companies came and offered Jobs and internships. The highest packages offered was 30 lacs with an average of 13 lacs for CS, IT branches. From every branch, 80-95 % of students got placed. Some students prepare for GATE examinations, UPSC, GRE, TOEFL, and much more. Some accept the job offer they get and prepare for CAT examinations.

A number of companies, such as Schlumberger, Eaton, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Maruti, General Electric, Reliance Industries, and more than 50 companies take part in placement drives. The college is noted for its Alumni holding a good share in the technical fields and in the country. The Alumni network is a huge one and never misses to motivate the students. Startups are being planned by my friends and might put to work when the college reopens. The E-Cells support is notable in the college for the arrangements that they make for the students to come up with great ideas.

The students are eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester onwards. There are a good amount of companies visiting our college like Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, TCS, Byjus, TECH Mahindra, etc. The highest package until now is 14 Lacs. The average package is 4-5 Lacs. Around 70-80% of students get placements. I too wanted to get a college placement in a well-known company and begin a career as a software engineer

After the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. HP, LT, Microsoft Pvt Ltd, TCS, Godrej, Reliance jio and many more companies visited. . 100% percent of students getting placements. Most of the big tech companies visit ARYA. The highest package offered is more than 40 lakhs. The avg package for CS is 10 lakhs. ARYA has record placements of more than 90%. I plan to go for an M.Tech degree after completion of the course. or give some competitive exams like IAS,IPS, and other government exams..

"They were many internship opportunities were provided to us after the sixth-semester exam. As well as industrial training was also provided to us. As I belong to Computer Science branch I do industrial training in both Eaton, Tata motors. My other friends who are from IT and CS department they joined internship in start-up companies and many more in other companies. This really helps us for knowing how our course is different from the actual working scenario all these boosts up how we will join any company and how we will work there what is the knowledge we should require there. Actually, I have a good performance record"

After completing your 3 years, you have to apply for internships. Placements start by the end of the 6th semester. The packages vary from 2-12 LPA. You can sit in all the placement drives as the eligibility criteria of different firms.

The percentage of odd students is 60% and above. My plan after getting a degree is to do business. And with this I I want to place in reputed compony. And after this students placed very well known company like Infosys.
