The staff members are good here and they help the students with their doubts too and they are so friendly with the students.
Our college provides good placement opportunities in every field and in good and reputed companies which helps us to explore many things and secure a good job career.
College provide basic tuition frees and every college students given on percentage basic scholarship and good job opportunities for future and college faculty improve interview skill of students with good communication skill

Dislikes

The canteen is bad food is not good and it is expensive
This college is not approved by aicte that poind i disliked it
The hostel mess food is not the good. there is no good placements

From confusion to clarity

Likes

The college is decent with good infrastructure and good environment(no ragging )and also covers all the basic amenities
The faculty staff is also supportive and co-operative
Also provide good internship opportunities and future technology to learn

Dislikes

If you want air conditioner in every class you not find it and ratio of boys and girls are like 40:60
I think the campus placements are not as much good as I expected
Some of the faculties will not get you as you want to them

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think overall curriculum is good but in first year there are so many subjects which not going to help you in future but still you have to study them as per curriculum. And also there will be so many subjects which are really helpful for your future aspect like AI, programming languages and their labs

A critical review of Poornima University

Likes

Some of the faculty there are very helpful and supportive.
Campus life is very happening especially for hostellers with various events happening almost every month.
Course curriculum is also well defined for the development of the student.

Dislikes

Infrastructure quality is not good it is currently under construction but it needs a lot of improvement atleast for the floors that are already there.
The higher management is not that great .
Some of the students there are not that friendly

Placement Experience:

College offers you campus placements as for the case of a 4 year course you start getting placement opportunities from 6th sem, where you get an internship opportunity and a ppo and from the 7th sem you starts getting the placements opportuinities in some big companies like Celebal, Infosys ,etc . Acc to what we hear from our HODs and Dean 70-80% students who are eligible for placements gets placed

Likes

Faculty is good and supportive. They clear all the doubts we have and are easy to communicate and interact. They also give us advice for next year and further studies just like what should we do to get good cgpa and percentage.
The HOD of 1st year btech is a very good and supportive teacher too. If you have any issue with faculties or study pattern you can approach him and he will try to solve it as quick as he can.
Facilites like labs are all good . The lab assistants are quick in matter such as computers not working. In workshops we get teachers who stay with us while doing practical to guide students and react if anything happens to them.

Dislikes

Campus is too small and conjusted. The campus ends before it starts.
There are very less lifts. If you have class on 6th floor or more then we always get late for class due to only 2 lifts which goes to 6th floor and they all get filled too fast.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are average. Like not many students get placement above 10 lacs as I saw in emails etc that we will get 15+LPA etc So I am kinda disappointed and worried about my own placement that I will get placement of not.

Poornima University: The Emerging Star

Likes

Good Management: Overall Management of Exams and course completion is good
Good Teachers: Teachers here are highly qualified and help you get good education.
Social Life: Good people and lots of events so pose a nice opportunity to meet new people and connect with them.

Dislikes

Infrastructure: College Infrastructure needs to be in check and reworked time by time. Construction are done during class hours.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from 6th semester. Companies include Amazon, Josh Technologies, Celebal Technologies, Thoughtswin Tech, etc. Highest Package was from Amazon for about 44 Lpa and average package is about 3-4 LPA. Students have 2 options, either to sit for placement drives or not. Amongt the one sitting for placement drives, >=90% get placed.

The best college

Likes

The campus is good. I like it the infrastructure of the college building is good.
The professor here is good with students and are very friendly with the students.
Activities beside the studies are important and poornima University do it very well

Dislikes

The timing of the college is more than 7 hours it should be less
The vacation is much after the year ends it should be 1 month long only after each year pass and the studies should start by then
Attendance criteria is 75 percent but it is not fair to students who actually have their attendance at 75 percent or above and in the last moment the university decide the attendance criteria to be 60 percent in the end before the final exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is good here the average placement is 6 LPA and it once got up to 42 LPA so it is good many big companies come here to give jobs to many students here from this university. My plan after getting degree is to do a job at a big company

Overall great experience and great college of jaipur

Likes

The things I like in poornima is the campus beauty
The teachers which taught us well and they had great experience
The sports area are too good like cricket pitch football ground etc

Dislikes

The things i dislike is the badminton court it's out but the badminton is indoor game and it should be in indoor court
The back system is bad they need to upgrade it
The main scholarship game, they play scholarship game

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester you are eligible for the placement and they offered campus placement also, the company which visited are Microsoft, Accenture, Bosch, Wipro, TCS, reliance, etc. The highest must be approx 45 lpa and the average package must approx 6lpa The 99% get placed in the particular company My plan is to start a business

Likes

The Lakshaya Event at end of 1st semester
Dance events happening in College, i love dance so it gives me a reason to follow my passion

Dislikes

The fact that we have to sit in class evem when faculty is not teaching

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is hard according to my prospective cause i don't know or understand computer language and die to some medical issues, i was at home during the 1st month but as the 4 out of 6 theory subjects are similar to what we learnt in 12th, its a bit easier to understand it. And the faculties are good and some are bad(according to my POV) cause of attendance and all but if you take answer in terms of teaching, all are above average especially Lavender sir there, he's my favourite teacher of FOC practical labs.

My college experience

Likes

Friendly nature of teachers teacher clear the doubt of students until unless they learn it
Library is full equipped with books you can find new journal books of all authors and writers.
The greenery of this college you can found many trees here

Dislikes

Sewage water in ground which it hard for the peopyto play aur sit
Drinking water is too poor and which is hard to drink
The app of the college is not good it keeps on glitch and bug

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is not too good the average package is 6 lpa many companies come like infosys, Flipkart, Accenture and if no placement occurs I will go for higher studies like MBA or mtech.

Poornima University campus is about in 32 acres

I choose the btech CS AI DS because it is on trending and more future scope and this is almost best private university and cheap university than others in jaipur and faculty also almost good an teach excellently

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year itself students are seeking for internship opprtunities which provide them exposure to work in the field of their respective intersets.around 500+ companies visit the campus for placements and 1600+ offers were made last year.highest package was around 35 lpa last year and 54 lpa overall.80-90% students are getting placed
