The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.

Dislikes

No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

The campus placement starts from 5-6 semesters of your last year according to your courses. Companies like Infosys Google and many more with small companies too come and take students. The highest package goes to 4-7 lakhs and average 1-4 lakh and 80-90% students get placed.

Amazing College

Placement Experience:

1) The students become eligible for placements in their last year of course. 2)Tcs ,Microsoft ,lupin ,cipla, etc companies visit every year for placements.there are different offers made for students. 3)The highest package is 43lpa offered by Microsoft and lowest package is 7 lpa. 4)Almost every student got placed in companies.90 percent of students got job offers 5)My plan after getting the degree to do a master degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 6th semister. In campus placement companies like Amazon, Google, Concentrix, Accenture, Oracle, and IBM can come. The percentage of students getting selected is totally different on the cutoff. The top quartile will sit on a maximum number of interviews while Project work is also an advantage. I have some plans for my future after getting any specialization post BCA.

Placement Experience:

Last semester of every course the students become eligible for the placements if they have above 60% marks and no reappear. Infosys, Wipro , Tech Mahindra, Google, etc have come and go allowing the best package for the students. Package of 10-12 lakhs have been allowed and profiles differ. Min 60% should be there. I am planning to go abroad for my further studies in MBA HR.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.

ACADEMICS

The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.

PLACEMENTS

Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.

There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.

FEES & ACCOMMODATION

Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.

CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP

There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
The Chitkara University in a nutshell is a good option provided the individual is satisfied with the details.
