Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate should have passed B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent Degree in respective branches of Engineering and Technology with a First Class or equivalent CGPA or First Class MCA/First Class M.Sc. in (Comp/IT/ETC)
Entrance Exam:
- Candidates must qualify one of the following exam:- KIITEE/GATE
- GATE qualified candidates having Score 400 or above need not sit in the entrance Examination.

The fee structure for Mtech programs is 5.5 lac per year Fees are generally increased post covid sue to market recession. As far as Scholarship is concerned University has Instituted a poverty cum merit scholarship for poor and needy students Assessment of merit is based on academic record or performance in semester exams.Kiit merit scholarship is provided to the Kiit students securing 1st 2nd andn3rd positions in each semester

The fee structure is feasible. KIIT provides nominal fee structure. The fee structure includes all facilities for advancement of career. It includes special training program, placement preparation. Student can take expertise advice at any time. They don,t have any hidden cost.

I am not aware of such scholarship as such but they do give loan that can be availed on meeting certain criteria i have not taken any loan so am not so sure about the process.
