Should I take admission in mechanical at KIIT University, HBTI Kanpur or IET Lucknow?

KIIT will take all of your parents' hard-earned money. They will allow your entire batch to sit in some 2 to 4 average companies through campus placement, but if you want to work for any services-based IT company, you can get admission to KIIT. If GATE/IES/PSU is your goal, it is best to study in a college that is close to your home and has lower fees. HBTI is the best not only in UP but across the country, with an excellent alumni base dating back to 1921. Each year, the best students from UP attend this prestigious institute. IET is not bad, but when compared to HBTI, it falls short in terms of placements, alumni base, academics, and so on.

I love my college and now I missed this.

The year wise fees that I have paid for yearly is 160000. Other charges are according to the depends on the course. For exam resistration fees paid 1500 per semester. Also those are highly merit,the fees for yearly fee will be deducted.

An amazing experience at KIIT Bhubaneswar

The total tuition fees was 2 lakhs per semester with 8 semesters in total over 4 years. The hostel fees was 40000 with 3 sharing AC hostel. The mess cost us 4000 per semester over 8 semesters in 4 years

I love KIIT

The tuition fees of BTech courses are 175000 per semester. As i had taken admission after clearing KIITEE and i had also cleared the eligibility criteria of 75% in my board exams, i got an scholarship of 30% reduction in my tuition fees . KIIT also gives 5000 per month scholarships to the topper of the respective branches.

KIIT is the underdog of all private colleges

The fee structure can be better in terms of consistency, for some freshers it was 16 L for the entire 4 years and for some it was 20 L and for next batch it was down to 18L for 4 years. So there is a consistency gap in terms of the fee structure.

I remember before my admission and after my admission there was a constant hike of 5000 difference but after one or two years it seemed to stop hiking. My education included 2 lacs per year for the tuition fee. It was costly but given the practical equipments present there, and the kind of practical knowledge I got from there, it was worth it. I got a job at cognizant from the campus placement, 4.5lpa job with 6 months of training which included rent allowance, provident fund and health insurance as well.
