Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fees is huge. But the level of education is very good. There are scholarships available but only for childs who are from low income families. Stipends are not awarded. Complete cost is 11lac its high now in 2024 its very high as compared to 2015.

KIIT University College review

The tution fees of the college is pretty high but compared to other private colleges it's reasonable as it's almost the same as others. The tution fees for Computer science and IT branch is 192000 per sem and for non Computer science branches is 175000 per sem. The hostel cost depends from different rooms chosen starting from 28000 and going till 75000 per sem and the college also provides scholarship to students getting good marks and the underprivileged ones.

Kiit hostel review

Tuition fee is 175000 . Hostel fees is 50000 including mess and food. Total cost per semester is 225000. They take 1000 per sem for registration. And 1000 per semester for exam registration. I don't know much about scholarships. But I head that top 100 rangers in the kiitee exam are given scholarships. This year campus employment is not good . Average package is 2 lakhs. This year they took 9000 students. So it is really hard to get jobs because competition is high.

Life as a kiit student

Dislikes

The schedule of our branch is very hectic.We have class from 8-6. We are left with less personal and self study time.
The span of our semester is very short so the curriculum is rushed.They also give us tons of unnecessary assignments

Hostel fees differ based on the accommodation type. Non-AC hostel costs 28k per semester, AC costs 56k, and premium AC costs 70k. Education fees stand at 17500 per semester. The total expenses for a BTech degree range from 20 to 25 lakhs, contingent on the hostel selection. Moreover, students ranking under 1000 in the KIITEE exam are eligible for a scholarship.

The cost to study is 14 Lakhs for 4 years excluding hostel and mess fees and self-spending. There are scholarship opportunities for high grades. Campus placements are conducted after the 5th Semester and almost everyone gets placed.

Not too good but too bad too

Fee for the course is a little bit high but the facilities are good and also hostel facility are also good. If we talk about campus jobs then maybe it is also good I don't know much about that but According To me it's good.

A short note about my engineering life

The institutional fee was Rs 175000 per semester. Other than that there were hostel fees which varied according to our accommodation. Yes there was some scholarship for those who has got good marks in KIITEE and in JEE Mains.

I think fees are affordable to me and it costs in a well-equipped University, You can contact the Advisor to discuss fees and which is something negotiable at a limit. Definitely, you will get a scholarship and please use it if scholarships are available to you.

There is no campus job. The student who comes in the Top 100 are given scholarships during the complete course the fee is a little high but the facility provided in the college are of world-class level. You will get lots of exposers
