BPUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The campus placement rate is very high and frequent in GIET . From 6th semester students get eligible to attend placements according to their cgpa. And for this we are being provided with training and placement classes which start from the 2nd semester only. And for this class , teachers from many corners of the country are hired . And they are very efficient and focus on teaching from the placement point of view. Many companies such as Accenture , IBM , Tech Mahindra , Zscaler, Deloitte and many other companies come to our college to hier students from different branches according to the posts . The average package offered is 4lpa and the highest is 29 lpa . Almost 85-90 % students get placed and the rest 10% who fail to get placement are hired by the companies for sales . My aim is to get placed before getting the degree as the placement starts from 6th semester itself. And after getting the degree I would like to work for the company and alongside pursue M tech .

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, rohan diller, dellote etc are the companies visit to our college for campus placement. Highest package=800000, avarage package=3.5 lakh

A avarage placement is given by the college.some of the placement are good and some of them are sales and marketing companies.college is giving internship opportunity also .the avarage placement package is 4lpa .

6th semester passed students became eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are tata, samsung,many more popular companies. Th highest 1000000 lpa average offerred. 6 cgpa percentage students getting placement. My plans after getting degree to set in a company

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and moderately comprehenshive. The courese curriculum covers DS, JAVA, DBMS, OS etc. Since i was specializing in the field of development, the coverage of topics like java, C and python worked out really well foor me. Two internal and one final exam per semester, besides inyernal assesments such as assignments and quizzes. Lab exams are conducted at the end of each semester that test the practical skills.While midterms are not too complicated and the finall exams requred proper preparation.

From 6 th semester the students will become eligible for campus placements. Many companies are visit college to hire student like volvo,eicher, Infosys,kia etc. My plan after degree to join placement and do job in a good conpany

In the Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology Baniatangi, Khorda, Bhubaneswar there are all facilities to select to the placement in any company of this college campus. There are so many trusted and good company give placement.

Course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensive point of view I rate 4 out of 5.So students can develop their skills and extra curricular activities in the college.Exams difficulty level is moderate to high.

This course has Government jobs chances and electronics has the best scope in the future. This curriculum will help you gain knowledge on electronic appliances so that can be used in our day to day life as well as in our everyday lives. Further there is a huge chance of getting jobs in this branch. The odd semesters are conducted on every 6 months and even semesters within 4 months. There is a gap of 1 or 2 days in between the exams and 7 days preparatory off is given before the exam. Difficult exams are given some time and the tricky papers are kept at first .
