B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering (B.Tech BME) is an undergraduate course of engineering practices and design in medical and healthcare business. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing class 12th/ Higher Secondary Examinationin Biology, Maths with a minimum of 50% marks.

B. Tech BME is a course completed over a span of four year just like any other engineering course. It is also often confused with B.Tech Bioengineering. The mode of admission is through State/ National/ University Joint Entrance Examination.
