Hostel Facilities:

Night Canteen Chandrama is one of the best canteens where things are provided at the most affordable rates. Library is open 24 7 so you need not worry about your studies. we have sports facilities in every hostels and we can play agmes here the whole night and no one is going to shout on us unlike in our schools

Hostels in 1 st year are triple sharing which is good for interactions and starting a journey with making new friends and form next year you get single room

First year boy hostel end time is. 8 pm which is some disappointing.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels facility in 1 st year is good as in our hostel there are jp, sp, security officer, warden . As according to our problem we can report at different label. We can file complain if lan is not working or hostel is not cleaned. Mess is quite good compared to other colleges four time with proper nutrients in meal and we can also complain if mess food quality in decreased but mess provide good food

Hostel Facilities:

The Hostel facilities are very well in VNIT Nagpur we got triple seater rooms for 1st year UG students and the fees for hostel and mess is 32000/- per semester and the quality and cleanliness is also very well.

The in time for boys is early and bathrooms are not clean

Hostel Facilities:

The facilities provided in the hostel room are a land board, a fan and a wardrobe and bed frame for each student. The basic needs are ful. The mail quality in the mess is pretty good considering that the food is made on a large scale, and the menu is also very appetising throughout the month The registration process for hostel is extremely simple. We have to fill some Google forms and then a college form giving all our details about. Where do we live and what occupation our parents are from and then we have to pay the hostel fees and the hostel fee is actually quite affordable. For example for first year UG students boys hostel fees ?32,150. The locality around the campus also provides rooms for PG students. In case they want to rent it at very affordable price

The facility which hostel provides in you room are fan, light, table chair and bed and also cupboard per head theres also lan connection The meal which you get in mess is above avg its well balanced according to nutritional values tou have 4 meal a day . The registration for hostel is done at time of physical verification in college only , if you need to go for pg instead of hostel it would be little difficult because locality has very few choices

Untill 2rd year , you will be given a 2 shared room .FROM 3rd year, we will be having a single room will 2 cupboards, table,chair and bed.Free lan also provided. Mess food is good .The quality of mess food is decent. Hostel fee is around 33k, and every penny of it is worth it. Good and clean hostel. Especially HB 2.

Hostel Facilities:

So the hostel facility is gold u will get everything inside it self including stationery and canteen . They will provide personal lan with 1Gb data speed. But u r not allowed to keep any electronics things like kettle , iron , induction and all they will impose strict fines on you . Gaurds are well behaved except some so be in touch with them. For 1st year triple room you will get because the room is big but after wards you will get option of single seater and double seater from 2nd year . Same with girls hostel .and if you want to live outside the area is good there are coaching institutes around campus so you will get rooms easily with fair rent .and registration for hostel is with academic registration they will provide you hostel that time only

Study table ,two wardrobes and one bed is wha we are provided in wour hostel . Hostel food is decent it varies . It is affordable hostel you are paying around 33k and you get back 6k as mess refund so it is good enough .

food at mess is literally 5/10. only breakfast here is good. dinner is soo worst at vnit. there is no spice in the food provided at mess in hostels. no special food, no craze in mess as expected at a national institute of technologys.
there is intime for girls whereas boys have no intime. many iits and nits doesnt keep intime for girls. it provides security ofcourse but stops girls to explore nagpur in thier teenage.

for first years, there is a sepearte hostel named kalpana chawla hostel which is being seperated because of ragging issues from seniors. that hostel looks like home and gives a home like feelinng as we are living in a hostel like apartment. from second years, stuents are alloted witgh a new hostel which is like an apartment but gives asthetic feeling for students. roomamate can be of our choice in first and second year but from third year, we have single rooms which gives cance to explore ourselves rather than others in engineering life. there are night cantreens provided till 2:00n pm in both the hostels where i almsot empty my povket eating maggie there as it looks tasty and hot cravings by maggie. mess provided for us is not that good but just better. they provide uss best breakfast i have ever heard at hostels. in breakfast we get a banana a egg and tea including breakfast which is super healthy. lunch and dinner provided everything reuquired but not that tasty and spicy as well. hostel registration process is completely said and suggested by student mentors standing near registration and they will guide for further prpcess.

As a girl hosteller, I can shed some light on the hostel facilities for M.Tech girls at VNIT Nagpur.

Girl students get a single room from the first year of M.Tech itself. The girls’ hostels are clean, but the rules and regulations are strict. One such rule is the hostel curfew timing which changes each year. It won’t be more than 10pm in any case.

Overall, the hostel facilities are good at VNIT.

As a resident of Boys hostel at VNIT Nagpur, I can shed some light on the facilities available for us-

As a fresher, one has to live with three other people. Mostly, though not always, one gets a room with those who complete the registration at the same time as us. One gets a cupboard, table and bed for oneself. The rooms are three seaters, but due to lack of accommodation, four students share a single room. The rooms are non AC. The mess food is bearable, though everyone dislikes it. The freshers have an in-time of 8 pm. The rooms are crammed, but one starts to enjoy the hostel life after a while. As a fresher, one has to abide by the rules set by senior students.

The second years get a different hostel. A single room is shared by three students, but the living conditions are pretty much the same as before. But one gets to choose one’s roommates. After the first year, boys don’t have to follow any in-time.

In the third year, one gets a room for oneself, or a double sharing room. The rooms have a small balcony. The hostel for third years is much better and cleaner, and the rooms are better as well.

Thus, VNIT Nagpur offers decent hostel facilities for its students.

VNIT Nagpur has four girls’ hostels in total- Girls’ Hostel Old, Hostel 10, Girls’ Hostel New and Kalpana Chawla Hostel.

Rules for girls’ hostels-

The in-time is 10 pm, and one can’t go outside the hostel before 5 am.
Every night, one has to mark attendance before 10:30 pm.
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within hostel premises.
Unlike the IITs, one can’t bring our brothers or male friends into the hostel rooms.
One can’t stay at the local guardian’s house, even for a single night.

Facilities-

There are three messes for girls, out of which, one is a mega mess. The mess food is decent, better than most of the hostels.
Every hostel has a sports room from where one can issue sports equipment.
The Girls’ Hostel Old has a gym inside.
Each room has LAN ports.
One is given a bed, a table-chair, and an almirah for oneself.
