generally the tuition fees lie around 60k to 65k for our branch and no as such hike is seen for the last two years, maybe a 1000 rupees. The complete cost including hostel and mess fees goes up to 9.5 lakhs, though there are refunds available times you go home and dont avail mess, though you have to pay the full amount for both hostel and mess, you cant choose only hostel. there are many scholarship oppurtunities like for sc and sts and there are scholarship oppurtunities for students income less than 1 lakh, but for that you have to show proper documents for that.

The fee structure is ofc it is expensive but there are some banks that provide u loans on a very low interest rate its better to take loans for studies since here thre procedure is not that much complicated. And also there is scholarship also for all the students who will qualified the minimum income criteria accordingly scholarships are there that we can fill and the scholarship department is very supportive to all the students.

According to data, all NITs hiked overall fee(including tuition and hostel fee) from 70000 Rs to 1.25 lakh per annum in 2016. Full tution fee waiver is provided to SC or ST students with parent's annual income less than 1 lakh. Certain scholarships are also provided if the annual income is less than 8 lakhs. Scholarships such as Medhaavi Engineering Scholarship, BR Samaga scholarship and many more. There are various events which happen in the campur around year. I became a volunteer in certain events.

The academic fees for each semester is 66850 rupees and hostel fees is roughly 40000. Institute provides a complete fee waiver for SC /ST students and for other category students, the waiver is on the basis of family's income ie if the income is between 1lakh to 5lakh them that student will get two third fee waiver and if the income is less than 1 lakh then will get 100% fee waiver. if a student gets sick then the college will provide upto 50000 rupees for treatment and for hospitalisation. Student also gets a refund of around 8000 rupees every year for those who have opted the hostels and haven't broken any rules. There is three seater room for first year students and double seater for second year and single seater for third year onwards.
