M.Sc. Mass Communication, Advertising and Journalism or Master of Science in Mass Communication, Advertising and Journalism is a postgraduate Mass Communication course. It is a combination of print media, advertising, reporting, copy-writing and communication research. The Mass Communication theories are integrated into the disciplines offered in the program, such as Film & Television, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and Multimedia. With the integration of disciplines, students are not only kept abreast with the growth of the media trends, but also of its contents in style and presentation. Such learning experiences through the integration of theory and practice incorporated in the modules will not only mould students to be independent individuals but also train them to possess a healthy flexibility of thought and creative problem-solving skills in line with the industry. Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time MJMC Program Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty from a statutory University. Those who have appeared for their final degree examination may also apply, but their admission (in case they are selected on the basis of performance in the Entrance Test) will be confirmed only after they submit the final degree examination mark-list.
