The college's autonomous status allows it to create its own moderately difficult exams. The presence of only three permanent faculty members, with the rest being visiting, may affect teaching consistency.

The college boasts partnerships with top companies like TCS, Oracle, IBM, and more, providing a strong placement program. BBA students must complete a 15-day internship and project work after the third semester. They become eligible for campus placements in the fifth semester, with participation from companies like TCS, Amazon, and Accenture. The highest placement package is 7 LPA, with an average of 3 LPA. Internship roles are available in sectors like retail and hospitality, offering stipends between 6,000 and 15,000 INR.
