Students become eligible for placement fro 7th semester. Companies visited - Britannia, parle, coca-cola, haldiram, amul, sula vineyards, melt& mellow, sahyadri farms, and many more. Average package is about 6000000 yearly.

Our college has dedicated placement cells that works closely with food industry to provide placement opportunities for student's Many top food companies visited our college 1) Multinational companies - Companies like nestle coco cola pepsico and last year haldriram recruit students from our college. 2) Indian foor companies like parle Britannia and some itc companies also recruit student's. 3) Food processing companies such as tata foods and godrej recruit student's. Placement statistics 1) Over 80% of students gets the college campus placements 2) the average salary offered to our student is approximately 4 lacks to 6 lacks. 3) The highest salary offered to our student is 12 lacks , 4) many students are placed in other countries also with higer package. Food technology is an widely known and accepted degree worldwide. India has seen and large demand in food processing sector. Food technologist can serve in this sector by handling his own business or joining startups

The course is give the information about the biotech field in this course they teaching about the how to grow plant in control condition such as a plant tissue culture method and other methods and teaching about the microorganisms and the teaching about many techniques such as a PCR , gel electrophoresis, and many more that are used in drug discovery and crop improvement And there was a big scope in a future for biotechnology

College offer placement in top food industry after completing the course with good grade point It's good course for future aspects and having mamy more area to work with theis course almost 80% student having placement

-There is no campus placements. - they provide 100% internship in 8th semester. - but they provide job opportunities it depends on the students. - average package is above 200000/- - percentage of students getting job is near to 50-60% - after got my degree joined in a organic food industry.

Right now we don't have the option of campus placement. But our new ADP is going to start campus placement this year itself. So it's a good opportunity for upcoming students. But the alumni network of our college is very strong so we can get placement wherever we want to all across the world. The percentage of students getting placements is going to be a minimum of 8.2 CGPA. I'm planning to do MBA after this course. I'm studying for the CAT entrance exam.

It is one of the oldest food technology colleges in Asia also it having limited seats with brilliant and experienced faculties, most are doctorate. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:15. And exams were taken timely with moderate difficulty level.

In the last semester, students have to attend training in any food industry. The college provides the best food industries to students where they can complete their training and can also join the industry and starts their career. The package is not fixed but the salary increase as per the experience and ability of the student. 100 % of students get a job which is graduated from this college. I have decided to join the industry and continue the job.
