Teacher are really good and classes are regular
Practicals are good and instruments are available for students

Dislikes

Campus is too short . No ground for playing
Canteen is very small u may not get seat in canteen sometimes

More practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Professors arrange seminars for students to improve their confidence. Class size is too large soo it will be good if there where less students in batch. Exams are conducted every 3 months and it's too hard

Government Medical College Miraj is a very well known and prestigious college. You'll get a lot of patient load there which will help you in practicing medicine a lot. There are many teachers and PG students to guide you through your journey.
Overall the staff is very cooperative and you'll get a good environment to learn and practice new things. All the departments are present in one hospital only and you are being posted in each department so that you can gain knowledge about all of

College infrastructure needs a lot of improvement. While teaching in tha wards is quite good but instead of hust telling us the theory it would be even better if they teach us things practically on the patient.

Couse curriculum is decided by muhs so the college goes according to that. And as the real world application is considered we all know medical studies are of utmost real world application. Postings are held for every batch so that they can get hospital exposure very early, as early as 2nd year itself

The academic section is one of the best here with great laboratories and skills lab and has an attached hospital which is 700+ beds with wide variety of cases for good hands on experience
The infrastructure in the campus is modern and well equipped with new aged technology and everyone prefers to use that in education

Dislikes

The only problem here is transportation because reaching the campus is a big issue. If you have a car it’s better to travel here

The main emphasis here is on curriculum and it is kept well in mind and lectures, demonstration and clinics all are arranged well in time table keeping everthing in mind. Since the clinics taken are amazing which gives you a real life correlation with your subjects which makes understanding very easy. All the exams conducted are of great standards with 1 mid term exam, and prelims followed by the final university exams

This college is slightly older than any other peripheral medical colleges in Maharashtra.
This college has good teachers who teach really well.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of college is not very good.
Lecture hall is big but it has lots of pillars in lecture hall which is very bad.

The new curriculum of mbbs which is comprehensive based curriculum for mbbs is very good in which we have teached clinical questions and cases from 1st yr only which give us idea what is the actual thing of mbbs. Exams are taken in every gap of 3 month in this college.

Regular lectures take place on the campus
Exposure to good amount of patients in the OPD/IPD

Accessibility of the campus is difficult

The course is very relevant to the real world clinical scenarios, except that the exams do not test the thinking skills and applying them to a clinical vignettes, instead 80% of the exams are focussed on the rote memorization and handwriting skills of the students.

Honest MBBS college review

Likes

College is fantastic with very good campus and surroundings.
Infrastructure is average. College provides us with all learning equipments and campus amenties are plentiful.

Dislikes

I disliked the most is poor quality of social interactions among all college livings.
College hospital and management do not help us much in career advancement of medical field.

Placement Experience:

Neet pg is given to get placements in hospitals and pg colleges. Hospitals acquire students and doctors and give placements. Highest package offers is 25 lakhs and lowest package offered is 18 lakhs. I will open my own hospital after course completion.

Reality of GMC Jalgaon

Likes

First I liked the campus because compared to the establishment of the college i.e 5 years before.
Second the faculty is very good and supportive.

Dislikes

First thing is the labs are decently equipped.
Second hostel is not available so it becomes quite expensive.

It would be wrong if I answer this question because I am now in first year but yes according my seniors the curriculum is nice. They teach nicely and give experience about all real medical cases and show practically as well in hospital.

The Professors are very much great. They actually do teach in class thoroughly
The infrastructure of our college is also very much great equipped with all the facilities.

Dislikes

There is nothing like that in disliking this college.
The college is in district headquarters but the city is not that much great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive in nature Curriculum followed is the new CBME 2019 curriculum decided by the NMC. Our University MUHS guidelines are also quite in favour of the students. It teaches a lot about daily and real world applications. Our exams happen in every 3 months approximately.

Taking Mbbs as course is pre decided because influenced by cousins as themselves are doctor. Teaching methods need to be changed,can be better. After 2-3 months there are exams,which are common in every medical College

Living the dreams

Likes

Faculty for 1st year mbbs is great.College provide best environment for learning and extracurricular activites.
The only medical college to provide hostel in 1st year in mumbai.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in campus.There is no hostel for localites in 1st year.
There is to many icidence of regionalism and politics.

Placement Experience:

College don't offer any placement. 5.5 yrs mbbs includes 1 yr internship in which interns are paid 18k for month. While after mbbs you have to do service bond in rural areas in which dr.are paid 80k month.
