In 2019, the admission process at DAVV shifted from an entrance exam, DAVV CET, to a merit-based system. The course has a semester fee of approximately 10,000, totaling about 40,000 for the entire program. Students can apply for various scholarships, including those from state, central, or minority sources, to assist with fees.
Unfortunately, there are no campus placements available for students in the science department; however, other departments do offer placement opportunities. M.Sc. Chemistry graduates can explore job options in the pharmaceutical industry, which involves submitting a resume and attending an interview. Graduates may also consider further studies, such as a Ph.D., by qualifying for the NET or GATE exams.
During the 4th semester, students can opt for internships related to their field of study.
