Al-Ameen College, Edathala, is a minority general degree college located in Edathala, Kerala. It was established in the year 1981. The college is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University. To get admission in this institution, the student will have to give the entrance exam and based on their merit in the entrance, the student will be selected for the admission.

Along with the normal course students are also trained in software like Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, After Effects Audition and Maya. This especially gives an edge over the competition and helps in professional work.

In my time, the admission process was based on the results of the higher secondary examination. I got only 67% in the higher secondary exam. A student must get a minimum of 45% marks for getting admission into degree courses.

Students need to have cleared their 10+2 in any stream to be eligible for applying in this course. For admission purpose, interested candidates will have to download application from the college website, print it and then submit it after filling in the necessary details.

The infrastructure and facilities are good and provide a great environment for the students. The campus is huge and includes many departments inside the main campus. The campus has many trees and is environment-friendly. The quality of the food available in the campus is also good.

The admission process was rather simple but included a entrance test as well as a personal interview by the Head of Department. Also a high percentage of marks in senior secondary examination is compulsory.

My college is good. The environment is also good. They teach us to be independent strong and able wemen since we are an all girls college. The teachers are good. The non teaching staffs are th best we could as for. And the students are also friendly and good

Nothing to say bad about my college. Its all very good. The management treats each and every student equally. They provides every available sources to the students.
