Fee Structure

• The above fee structure is based on the official LNCPE fee schedule for 2024-25. Fees for 2025-26 and 2026-27 may be revised.
• Mess fee (Rs. 40,000/year) is mandatory as the programme is residential. At the time of admission, Rs. 20,000 of the mess fee is paid upfront; the remaining Rs. 20,000 is paid at the commencement of the second semester.
• Caution Money of Rs. 1,000 is refundable at the time of leaving the institution, subject to no dues.
• University Examination Fee is charged as per University of Kerala norms and is paid separately each semester.
• No EMI facility is officially offered; fees are paid as per the schedule at the time of admission and semester commencement.
• SC/ST category students (Keralites only) may be eligible for fee concessions as per Government of Kerala norms.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed the 12th Grade (Class XII) in any stream from a recognised board. The programme is open to students from Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
• Candidates must be medically fit. A Cardiologist Certificate is mandatory at the time of admission.
• Candidates must score a minimum of 45 out of 100 marks in the selection test (comprising written test, physical fitness test, sports proficiency test, and sports achievement) to be eligible for the rank list.

Admission Process

• Register and apply online through the LNCPE admissions portal (form.jotform.com/LNCPE or the official LNCPE website lncpe.ac.in).
• Pay the application fee as specified in the prospectus.
• Appear for the 4-component selection test on the scheduled date: (A) Written Test - 50 marks (General English, General Knowledge, Sports and Professional Aptitude); (B) Physical Fitness Test (AAPHER Youth Fitness Test - 6 items) - 30 marks; (C) Sports Proficiency Test (one game/sport of choice from AIU schedule) - 10 marks; (D) Sports Achievement (original certificates required) - 10 marks.

Scholarship Details

• SC/ST fee concessions at LNCPE are available only for Keralite students. Non-Kerala SC/ST students are not entitled to Kerala State scholarship benefits.
