very good and affordable college with good hostel facilitites.

Likes

The college campus and infrastructure is very well built and maintained with greenery all over the campus. It has very good road connectivity.
The university also provides practical exposure and great opportunities for those who are willing to do their post graduation.
The faculties are very well experienced with doctorate degrees. The college also provides hostel facilities with very good and hygienic food.

Dislikes

The Washrooms are to be well maintained .
Superiority complex in seniors can be seen.
Proper utilization of funds should be done

I dhose this college byb a chance but not by choice, I always wanted to pursue engineering but my parents didn't wanted me to join engineering course. I was a topper since my school days. School topper in 10th and Taluk 3rd topper in PU. During KCET counselling I secured good rank and I got allotted to this College. When I did research on this college I founf interestiong and Joined this college. I had great many opportunities but I didn't chose them because of some personal reasons. Admission process would be simple. Firstly one should qualify KCET examination and secure a good rank to get into this college. There will be some easy procedures to get admitted to this college

My college experience

Likes

Teaching staffs are well educated , well versed in their subject matter and very sincere
Very friendly and hospitable environment..The people in the campus are all very helpful and kind and always ready to help in any situation
The campus is surrounded by trees and is relatively colder than the main city ..also the campus is good for walking and jogging

Dislikes

During practicals ,weather is very sunny in most days and there’s hardly any shade around the fields for sun protection
Practical hours are very hard and they focus more on physical labour than machineries
More into local language so the outsiders might face a little difficulty for sometime but you’ll get used to it after sometime

Admission:

I applied to 6 colleges in south India ..Got my current college in second round and didn't Upgrade it due to time constraints..I got my seat through icar selection through st category and got the seat

Pollution free and greenary, it's located at end of city and gives peace of mind.Highly qualified staff and teach in both kannada and english.Good hostel facilities (2 person per room) and healthy food is provided in mess.it also offers ug/pg/phd .
Our university has huge library with wide range of books ,an auditorium and also only the second agricultural engineering college in Karnataka
It also provide courses like Physical education, national cadets corps and NSS improving physical health and mental well-being

Dislikes

More emphasis on state culture and ethics
Hostel closing timings for women is 7.30pm as mentioned don't have timing, timings need to be relaxed little bit
Comparatively more physical works than other degrees need to work in fields

Admission:

You can enter through 2 exams either through state exam or ICAR exam based upon your percentage they'll give you seat .I chooses this college for good teaching staff and friendly environment To bsc agriculture you should have taken science in puc and for agricultural engineering you should have opt maths in puc.Adimissiom process is quite simple through counseling

University comprising of best faculties who are excelled in their respective fields. University have 3 sub colleges in Kalaburagi, Bheema rayana gudi ,Gangavathi . It is University which is working for welfare of farmers in kalyana Karnataka region.
University have good campus, well equipped laboratories, field for equipping with research activities. It has Well established Grounds for sports activities. Good Auditorium for cultural activities
University organises State tour and All India tour which gives students well exposure of other states and other districts of our state .

Dislikes

Development with providing good facilities to sub colleges campuses should be done by the university management.

Admission:

Admission process is by three ways 1) By K-CET method in which science steam students writes common entrance exam of Karnataka State to get admission into it 2) ICAR exam it conducts examination for UG entrance national level 3) NRI quota seats are available

This college is very good in teaching having good faculty lab facilities and good building these point i would like to appreciate
We can move to higher education in Msc and Phd at different universities and we can get jobs after this course
This college have very good resourceful faculty members and their way of teaching is really very good using projectors they use to teach us and also provide good practical knowledge

Dislikes

I don't like the college bus because it has the capacity of only 50 students and we are about 74 so we can't adjust in this small bus
This college have no campus selection facilities that I hate more.
This college have no proper compound around the college building

Admission:

Eligibility criteria is to pass 12 th in science and clear K-CET entrance exam. Application form is available through Councling in online. Based on eligibility reservation are applicable. This K-CET exams is one of the entrance exam conduct for students to get seat in their dream colleges. Admission process is need to improve trough online only that I wish.

This college have sufficient laboratories and classrooms as well as the lectures and scientists are also available for teaching
This campus have the KVK and ZARS facilities for study purpose and research is going here so we will get more chances to interact with scientists
The lectures are more experienced one and they using technology for teaching like using projectors

Dislikes

This campus does not have any placements and don't offer entrepreneurship no career option available here
This college doesn't have big building still in construction work is going on and doesn't have the compound

Admission:

The students who cleared the k-CET exam those are eligible for this course. It is one of the enterence exam conducted in Karnataka for those who cleared puc in science. After clearing this exam counciling will conducted through online so the students should participate in counciling and the eligible students will get the college announcement in online after that the students should download or print out that announcement copy and they can admit to that college. Reservation are applicable here like HK (Hyderabad Karnataka reservation) Kannada medium, rural certificate, Jammu Kashmir citizen, ex - army etc. There is no suggestions for improvement in the admission process because it includes very good system through online.

The campus is very nice.It has separate departments for the courses. Our college has well established classrooms. All the lecturers take the class time to time. Punctuality is a key for learning. They take us to laboratory for practical
Every department has separate laboratory where all the equipments and instruments are present for the practical. We get both theoretical and practical knowledge. They take us on educational trips and dayout to learn new things. We often visit fields.
We visit fields and nurseries and individually we do the work in the field. The college has well established library which is also digitalized. We can issue books whenever we want. There is also computers where we can browse anything related to topic

Dislikes

For few subjects there is no permanent lecturer. They have appointed guest lecturer and they don't take classes regularly. Sometimes they don't finish the syllabus and we have to read the rest of the topics.

Admission:

The entrance exam for B.sc agri is through K-CET. We wrote the entrance exam after 12th std. And the rank cutoff was 15k. We were selected for the B.Sc agri course. When the counselling started we chose colleges we wanted to take admission in and they assigned us a college. Then the admission order was received. We submitted the admission order and paid fees in the bank. Later we came to college enrolled our name and admission was successful. Other than CET another exam is written by our fellow classmates called ICAR which is similar to NEET for agriculture course. They also took the admission through the same process. The reservation such as NCC,371-J,SC-ST, are generally helpful for the admission
