ICFAI university baddi genuine review of 1 year

Likes

The campus is small although the classrooms and labs are quite impressive. Having having every thing required available there.
There is no case of ragging seen in the campus, there are fights outside the college but inside it no one can even touch anyone.
The has a well maintained library specially a separated one for pharmacy students.

Dislikes

The canteen is very large but empty having a huge shortage of table and chairs. The menu is very short and half of the menu is not available there. Canteen has no proper maintainance.
The college has a huge basement parking but it is only available for the faculty and students have to park outside the college gate which makes a huge rush out there.
The ground of college is very lonely , it just only has broken benches not even a single flower. There is only volleyball nets out there nothing other.

Placement Experience:

Average placement of University is said to be 6L pa in prospectus but later youll know that it is 2L pa average during the time of admission. Later during your completion of course there are a lots of terms and conditions introduced to you regarding placements. Only few placements are provided to some of the students. During admission college shows a list of companies coming there such as Dr Reddy's, beta drugs , intas pharma,cipla ,brooks,nootan pharma. So my advice to all the students is to not rely on college placements as they arre not guaranteed you should have. To something for yourself .

Faculty of this collage is very supportive
There is less students in engineering courses so you got advantage to learn in small and good space
Timetable is very balanced so you can participate in extracurricular activities

Dislikes

Campus area is small ,very less things to explore
Initially our collage didn't have its own boys hostel currently we are living in a rented hostel which is far away from campus
Collage didn't provide reliable internet access to students

I am btech cse student so for me the curriculum is good collage curriculum is enough to prepare you for real world application as there are evrything included in collage curriculum from programming languages to data structure ,databases and emerging things like ai and machine learning

The reality of ICFAI University

In this collage my life became more easier then i think getting good marks is very easy here if you are someone with no intreast in study come to this collage its very easy to pass here
I belive if the management of this collge got replaced with some professional ones . Then this collage can became batter this collage must organised some entrance exams for admission
most of the teachers here are not regular bases they are just getting their day by day salery as i say before they don't how to tech they just comes up with notes and start reading that and they thing this is teaching

Dislikes

Collage campus is very small anyone can vist the whole campus in just 5 to 10 minutes its so small they don't have boys hostel which is the biggest issue they should do something about it
Teaching staff is also not good they should hire some professional with good skill of teaching and communication who belive to make the carrier of student not just money
Till now from my addmission i haven't see anyone from my collage to get placed even their is not a perticular placement officer if there is its just for name they didn' t provide internships as well as jobs its just a waste collage

Course Curriculum Overview:

collage curriculam is according to the aicte but they are not teaching about the current technology they are teaching about the things that exists in the past . They are teaching us microprocessor 8085 which is used in 90's they should tech us ML AI blockchains NLp and other things but they used old thing to teach

Review of the Icfai Law school

Likes

Good and supportive faculties.they really help you improve your skills and knowledge and get comfortable in the college environment
The fees structure is quite affordable compared to other private law schools. It also provides us with good scholarships each semester in merit basis

Dislikes

The area in which the college is situated is in the outskirts of ranchi which gets difficult to travel everyday
The bus service is provided still it's difficult to get there everyday seeing the diverse weather changes of the city and the bad roads around it

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of the college is good and scopy. They provide you major practical insights and knowledge and gives you often visits to the court to get more practical knowledge and helps you grow through the field with more things and determination and helps you get more interest

ICFAI pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Second last year of the student in that course are eligible for the placement and internship are after every year Companies for placement are - Tech Mahindra Ltd , Outline system India Pvt Ltd , Winni.in , clerisy solution , Roots Analysis ,school Ipad , cs soft solution , etc their are 35 plus top companies are their for the placement Highest deatails - i don't know about these things percentage who are getting placement - I don't know about that too My plan after the graduation is to join a legal firm and then practice for jag interview

I am not sure about it as I am new too if it comes to offline. I have heard about the placement from my seniors as far as I have knowledge the highest package was 5 lakh that's it. Only this little I know
