The campus is very small and cute and i like it
I like the cu bridge of university it connects two blocks of university
I like the seniors they are very helpful

Dislikes

The food the food for first three days is very
I dont like the teaching of chitkara university
Chitkara University Is full of shit and dont come here

Good university for ROO

Likes

I like the campus which is very good infrastructure.
Very good university for students who want to do startup.
Good faculties who support each and every students.

Dislikes

I don’t like somedays mess food it is not good in taste.
I don’t like collage security guards who do not allow.
Guard do not allow hostellers to go outside of hostel after 9 pm.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very good here and the faculty members are amazing They taught each and every topic very clearly and made every student understand easily and in each section there are 80 students.

Campus placements is good in this university
Good for students with low marks and low percentile in mains
teacher's are good in the university

Dislikes

There is a scene of 75percent attendance.
There is scenario of seasonal food in hostel mess.
No system to give exams or sts from home.

Placement Experience:

In 6 semesters, you will get offers of placements through the university. Frequent companies Wipro, tcs, Infosys, Microsoft, Google, etc. The highest package had touched a range of 1.3cr. and the average package is 12 lakhs. 92 to 96 percent of students get placed others will go for higher studies.

Placement , i was placed early in 6th semester
College life is fun the lap to Himalayas

Dislikes

Faculty is not very knowledgeable, you need to prepare yourself for placements
Food can be better, One student one placement is a bad criteria

Placement Experience:

Usually, companies start coming from the 6th sem to offer internships that can be converted to full-time opportunities after a year or 6 months of the end of the degree. most frequent companies to visit were Makemytrip and Maq. The average package during my stay was 7lakhs, The placement percentage was good, but I don't have the exact number. But usually, you cannot apply to other companies if you are placed in one.

Campus Life is the best we can roam around anywhere freely

Dislikes

I disliked the mess food it is not fresh sometimes

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are great. Placements start from the 3rd year of college where you can get internship opportunities in all fields. The highest package was 1.2 crore by Amazon. Around 90% students get placed here

Our campus environment is quite good and green surroundings

College doesn't have swimming pool in it

CSE has a good future that's why I choose it and faculty members are quite coprative but sometimes class becomes boring there teaching style is good teachers are PhD level .terms exams were after every 6 months and are quite moderate

Dislikes

reachability from main town and connectivity issue around the year.
medical facilities and rapid response team.
international blend of courses and experience.

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite average for the civil stream but for CSE/ECE placement ratio is very high, it's almost two offers on average per qualified student. Nonetheless, there are some good companies that do come for campus placement here.

Campus restrictions. They not allowed the outside foo in the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am choosing to BE CSE. It's because I am interested in website making and a little bit in coding. I would like to do animation. For my batch, there are 6 sections in each section 70-80 students are present. The teaching method is very good. They teach everything in an easy way. In a sem, there are 3 STs and one ETE at the end of sem. Paper type is moderate if you make an effort then you can pass easily.

Life At Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh

Likes

We have green campus, which is really eco-friendly
We have excellent placement ratio from computer science department
We have highly qualified faculty, few of them are from IIT

Dislikes

Overall i think campus should be little bit large in size.
There should be better road connectivity.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem, students are applying for internships/jobs. Till 7th sem, almost everyone from the computer science dept gets placement from our campus. There are 100+ companies visiting our campus placement where salaries vary from 4lpa to 30lpa. Overall there is an excellent placement ratio.

Faculty members are amazing. Good Infrastructure. Teaching methods are very amazing. Exams will happen in mid of the semester. All the faculty members are highly qualified. The difficulty of exams is medium.
