The university boasts a faculty of 13-14 members who offer personalized support through doubt-clearing sessions, although student experiences with faculty may vary. B. Pharmacy graduates have prospects in both government and private sectors, with over 60 companies visiting for campus placements primarily targeting students in the 7th and 8th semesters. A strong academic record is required for placement eligibility. While direct internships are not offered, students receive internship letters to pursue opportunities externally, such as at Kapsons, with guidance for higher studies.

These internships, available every four months, are mainly for MBBS and nursing students at the college's hospital. Education is affordable, with stable fees accessible to middle-class families, and scholarships are available, covering up to 100% for SC and ST students. Scholarships can also be obtained via the National Scholarship Portal for students with a 75% or higher score in their 12th-grade exams. Fees vary by category, with general students paying around 100,000 INR, OBC students 90,000 INR, and SC/ST students 70,000-80,000 INR.

Despite offering degrees, the college does not provide on-campus job opportunities, and a PhD is required for those aspiring to become professors.
