- There is no hike in the tution fees per year 2,40,000 yes there are many government scholarships college also gives scholarahips yes college provides campus placements internships and much more help for projects
- Technical and social fests are really interested and very good .all the clubs work so hard to encourage the students .
- Hostel rooms are 2 sharing and have all necessary things like aur conditioners,bed, mattress, study table etc.rooms are clean and comfortable too.
Dislikes
- The management are quite bad and fees are high in compare other universities.
- Unnecessary burden on students, they never understand the genuine concerns of students
- Attendance of 80% is might be the disliked factor for me

Remarks:
In my opinion, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) has the best infrastructure in Gujarat. Even NIRF ranked it first in 2016 for infrastructure. This was my reason behind opting for this college. The campus is huge, with four main buildings, each housing distinct programmes. The Auditorium is a fantastic venue for all major and little events. Aside from that, there are fields for every sport, as well as an excellent skating area.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to become a software engineer so I chose computer engineering.
Every 30 students per 1 teacher ratio.
Faculty are highly educated and they are really very good at teaching.
For each semester university take 4 exams and all exams are quite tough.

The teachers of our college are well qualified as most of them are PhD holders from IITs. So, you can expect good teaching quality. Our university follows the same course curriculum as IIT Roorkee. It makes students industry-ready, but since there has been an economic recession, now job opportunities are less.The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not up to our expectations. This might be because of the online medium of learning. The classes are not very engaging. The course curriculum is relevant. It includes a lot of subjects which are practical in daily life.

-From the 7th Semester, students become eligible for campus placements.
- Synoptek, Imbibe, Evosys, RapidOps, TCS, Infosys, Wipro.
- Average Package was around 5 lakhs per annum and the highest package was around 12 lakhs per annum.
-Almost 80% of the students who showed a willingness to sit for placements, got placed.
- To work as a technical consultant with an ERP company.

I want to become a pilot and the college in which I've to dream to go says that you can get a Lil jack if you’ve done a degree in automobile engg.
Faculty is really good as they personally come to inspect on the student. The total number of student was 40 at that time.
every faculty is well qualified and their teaching technique is really good and polite towards their students.
Every stream appears for exams every 6 months which is known as semester exams. Not as tough as that if you prepare for it properly.

Campus placement is quite good in PDPU itself. Over 90 percent of students got placed before the end of the fourth year. The highest package for a BTech program was around 20 lac per year. Companies like Reliance, ONGC, etc. visit the campus.

Placement Experience:
Students can seat for the placement from 7th-semester onwards. Everyone has thier different requirements in placement so we cannot comment on the eligibility of students. In Chemical before covid, we have a placement percentage of around 80 percent with an average of 6 l.p.a.
and the highest placed student hot 18 lpa in 2019.

Remarks:
Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar is one of the only few universities which provide with the course; petroleum engineering in India. Also this university, is ranked among the top five universities in Gujarat. The admission procedure here is done through competitive exam marks i.e. JEE or board examination marks. I selected this college because of the course I am interested in and also because of its ranking.

Remarks:
PDPU is ranked among the top five universities Gujarat. It has a big campus and also a great faculty. All the engineering courses here are accredited by NAAC. The admission process here is either done by JEE marks or ACPC.

One of my friends studied at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDPU), Gandhinagar. According to him, it is the right institution to study Petroleum Engineering.
- They have a very good curriculum, updated to match the industry norms.
- The faculties are highly experienced and also includes industry experts taking classes often.
- The infrastructure of PDPU is well maintained. All departments have their own designated buildings.
- The campus has 3 libraries.
- Workshops and Labs are well equipped with the latest technology. They also have a virtual class facility.
- Their auditorium is one of the best in Gujrat.
- Hostels are newly established, hence have all the necessary facilities.
- The whole campus is wifi enabled.
- They have sports facilities available in the campus, the sports complex is one of the biggest in India.
- Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat and the most planned city of India. It is well connected with proper transport facilities.

PDPU Gandhinagar offers a great campus life. The campus life is also vibrant. They host lots of activities in various areas like coding, gaming, debating, etc. Also, lots of workshops are there for different streams. PDPU Gandhinagar has yearly cultural and technical fests known as ‘Flare’ & ‘Tesseract’ respectively. Overall PDPU is good and also has a strong alumni network.
