Gujarat Technological University (GTU) is a premier academic & research institution offering admission to various courses through its five constituent colleges. GTU admission is conducted in an online mode as per the guidelines of ACPC. Gujarat Technological University course admissions are based on merit and test scores of national and state-level examinations.

GTU B.E. admission is based on JEE Main or GUJCET scores followed by ACPC counselling.

GTU B.E. Admission 2024

GTU offers admission to B.E/ B.Tech courses at the undergraduate level. The 4-year undergraduate course is offered in full-time mode. The minimum eligibility is that the students are required to complete the 10+2 level with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the related field from a recognized board. For admission to B.E, students are required to obtain valid marks in JEE Main or GUJCET. Gujarat Technological University B.E. fees is INR 40,000 annually. There is no management or NRI quota for admission to GTU B.E. courses. There are four specializations available in the course as follows under GPERI, GTU:

GTU B.E. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the GTU B.Tech course have been given below:

The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination with 50% marks in aggregate in PCB/ PCM subjects combination from a recognized board.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given a relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria.

GTU B.E. Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for the GTU B.Tech course have been given below:

The candidate must have a valid score in the JEE Main or GUJCET examination.
After qualifying for the respective exam, the candidate must apply for Gujarat ACPC counselling.

GTU MBA Admission 2024

GTU Ahmedabad offers 2-year MBA in two specializations namely, International Business (IB) and Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (IEV). The university offers admission to 60 students in IB and 30 students in IEV specializations respectively. The per semester fee for GTU MBA is INR 13,125. Candidates must have passed Graduation with 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS category) to apply for MBA admission. The selection will be based on CMAT marks and the seat allotted by ACPC Gujarat.

For the M.Pharm course, students must secure a valid score in GPAT/ GSET followed by the ACPC counselling process.
For M.Sc. in Industrial Biotechnology, 50% of seats (10) are reserved for GAT-B qualified candidates and the rest 50% of seats (10) are offered based on graduation.
Selection will be made based on merit secured in the previous qualifying examination for the MTTM course.

GTU Ph.D./ M.Phil/ Pharm.D Admission 2024

GTU offers several doctoral courses. All the courses are offered in full-time regular mode. To be eligible for GTU research programs, students must have passed a Master's degree in the concerned subjects from a recognized university. Selection will be made on the basis of NET qualified score. Gujarat Technological University offers M.Phil, Ph.D. & Pharm.D at the doctoral level.

GTU Ph.D./ M.Phil/ Pharm.D Eligibility Criteria

The students have to meet the following eligibility criteria in order to pursue GTU Doctoral courses:

GTU Ahmedabad is currently inviting applications for the academic session 2024-2025.

Gujarat Technological University keeps the application process online for all courses.
Students will be admitted to one of the constituent colleges of GTU Ahmedabad.
The admission will be based on the rank obtained in GUJCET/ JEE Main for B.E. courses, GATE/ PGCET for M.E. courses, CMAT for MBA, GAT-B for M.Sc. Biotechnology, and GPAT for M.Pharm.

I want civil engineering. For civil engineering I know that in Gujarat, there are two best government colleges which is BVM and LD. So I choose BVM. I score low percentage that's why I don't get admission there . Admission process of my college is very long and exams accepted is Board, Gujcet, JEE mains . Most preferred is Board and Gujcet and Cuttof is different for different categories.

I chose this college because this institute is near from my hometown and this college faculty and placements is equally to LD college. I apply LD college in computer branch but I am not selected , So i chose this ,and also i want to join coding classes in Ahmedabad. the admission process of this college is maintained by ACPC .This merit rank is decided by Gujcet and Board PCM marks.
