The faculty is very helpful and nice. The education system is pretty good to there are many culture activities and everybody is open to all the cultural activities. You Are you get a very good Exposure to the business .
You are not expected to study all the time. There are various culture activities and you get to be part of. There are various business as well as cultural events with the where the students can take part. It helps to students with Interaction.
The faculty in the college is very nice and helpful. The teachers are pretty communicative and respectful. Everything taught by the teachers is very understandable and they are always open to help during the exams as well as during the other days.

Dislikes

Something that I find difficult during my college is travelling. The distance between my home and the college is 30 km, so it becomes very difficult to travel. It’s quite affordable if we travel through the bus but can be costly if it is in a bike or
It is not quite safe, also to travel such a huge distance. The student at Travel in a car may be saved by the ones who travel in bike may not get the required safety . There are no hostels provided to so that becomes an issue and can be difficult .
The canteen food is clean, but not fulfilling, and there is no cafes or restaurants around the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum has strong benefits on business challenges sectors that is human resource, marketing and finance . They provide various internship opportunities in and outside the campus. College is overall good with the curriculum.

Dempo College: A Student’s Perspective

Likes

The infrastructure is quiet modern, a alot of natural sunlight in classrooms, all classrooms with projectore and speakers
Faculty, the faculty well spoken and well experienced with deep knowledge in their particular subjects
A lot of events for students to get real life experiences

Dislikes

Canteen needs improve both in terms of food and hygiene, chairs are limited
No sports infrastructure (lack of football pitches, other sports equipments
No record of past placememts drives, no info about how many companies have come to the campus in past and how many students actually got placed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is perfect for someones looking to enter the management space the concepts taught help in decision making in future roles The course needs improvement depending on the trends for example currently ai and stuff is trending so theres a need for students to equip these skills

Experience in Don Bosco College, Panaji

Likes

Our college being in the heart of the city makes it good
Campus is really good. We have badminton, tennis, cricket, a football ground and a football turf
Our college events are one of the best events in the state

Dislikes

Our classes are on the 3rd floor. So everyday going up and down is a little hectic
No proper ventilation in our college. There are no A/Cs
Our classes are little far from the ground

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I have an interest in business field I find it really good. The experience that we get is good. We have college internship which is compulsory. Side by side we can host business events where we give real business world scenarios

Likes

Teaching methodology of the faculty is excellent, they help you learn and understand the topic better through presentations, group assignments and also field trips. In presentation they also teach you how to present a PowerPoint presentation.
The infrastructure is quite good and the classes are air conditioned.
The campus is quite big and canteen facilities are available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty use the 50/50 teaching method. They teach you the sub course and they will assign topics within the sub course for presentations to be done by the students. It really helps the students to understand the topic better.

Likes

Faculty members are very supportive to the students
Classrooms are neat and clean and well maintained
Intershjp opportunity is given to every student

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not thay good but classrooms are good

Placement Experience:

This college has made an collaboration with APNA website. Students have to do their registration.. After that they will get job vacancy. If interested they can apply or else they can go for further studies

The level of discipline at RCCA was wery good

Dislikes

A few teachers did favouritism and there was money collected for the gym but we weren't allowed to even enter the gym

The BBA course helped us to build interpersonal skills but not much about the real world. It was mostly partical but mostly it wasn't as per the real world conditions but still managed to inculcate confidence in most of us

The hostel is good and calm and also there are equipment for playing purposes
The wide library is an attraction also calm and quite.
The character of the visiting facility are good

Dislikes

The ground is giving to the other college because of that we want to re schedule our timings
There are many wild animals are coming out from the wild places
There are somany street dogs in the campus that are very irritating

Course Curriculum Overview:

They are providing some type of subject that is helpful for the future of students . They can improve the quality of there buildings because some of them are very old . Actually the faculty are taking the exam very quickly like one by one then it is difficult to Crack the exams.

Likes

The faculty are talented and their teaching styles is good
The infrastructure and facilities of the campus is much better
They are providing internship so it helps to learn things. I like that

Dislikes

The campus life is very borring and pathetic
Number of internal assessment are high it gives stress.
Groupism between the students is very high

After completing the msc 3rd semester the companies will announce the campus placement. That time studants have an interview and if they eligible the company will recruit. Hotel Taj, Grand hyatt are the some of the companies offering placement.

Amazing college experience

Placement Experience:

From semesters 6 and 10 students are eligible for placements. Companies such as taj, oberoi etc, vist for placements offering jobs to many students. Highest package offered by taj was 6 lakh per annum which average was 3 lakhs per annum. Almost 79% students get placements. My plans after this degree is to start my very own hotel.
