NIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates having passed B.Tech in relevant streams, from any recognized University or its equivalent, with 60% aggregate in all semesters (55% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST/ Others).
- Candidates appearing in their final exams are also eligible to apply provided they have to submit their provisional mark sheet with no backlog papers.
- Admissions are made on all India basis, with reservations as per Government of India norms.
- The admission is based on a valid GATE score, through the CCMT counselling.
NIT Delhi M.Tech Selection Criteria
- Admission will be granted on the basis of the GATE score.
- After the declaration of GATE results, the students can log in to the CCMT website in order to apply for the counseling process with respect to their scores.
- Candidates have to fill the college choices from the given institutions for M.Tech programs in order of their priority.
- Candidates are offered admission based on their GATE score, and reservation.
- If allotted any seat, candidates need to pay Seat Acceptance fees INR 30,000/- for General candidates, and INR 10,000/- for reserved candidates.
- After this, the candidates must collect the allotment order, and aspirants have to report to the college and get enrolled before the last date.
