Yes, there is different fee structure for SC category students. The details of M.Tech. fee (1 year) for SC category is given below:
The total fees for PhD students at NIT Delhi getting admission through DASA is around INR 59,500 per year and the tution fee is around INR 11,500 and INR 20,000 caution money which is reimbursed later.
MCA course is not offered by NIT Delhi, however, there are other colleges like MNIT Allahabad, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Calicut, NIT Warangal, NIT Raipur that offer MCA course and the fee structue is around INR 1.4 lakhs per year.
The cut-off rank for admission to NIT Delhi in JEE Mains is 11118 as opening rank to 68350 as closing rank which is equivalent to 120-145 marks out of 300.
