Jamia Hamdard University Delhi, New Delhi - community

I'm confused between choosing BTech CS from a below-average private college in Patna, a city and college where scope and opportunities are limited, or BCA/BSc CS from Jamia Hamdard in Delhi, a city where the exposure and future prospects seem better but only BCA/BSc is affordable because BTech fees are high. If I choose BCA, I may have to do MCA later to match BTech qualifications. What would be the better option considering career scope, learning, and long-term growth? Please tell
