GGSIPU B.Tech Civil Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The university's admission process features a written test with multiple-choice questions, and the faculty boasts significant experience. Academic evaluation includes two internal exams worth 30 marks each, contributing 25% to the final results, alongside a final external exam. The fee structure is about 30,000 rupees per semester, with an annual tuition fee of Rs 1,29,700, leading to a total course cost of approximately Rs 5,20,000. Fees remain constant for the first three years but decrease by Rs 5,000 in the final year.

An admission fee of Rs 30,000 and an extracurricular activity fee of Rs 1,000 are also included. Scholarships, mainly for students from Economically Weaker Sections, are available through the Delhi government, with some eligibility constraints based on state origin. Campus placements start primarily after the third year, with better opportunities for Computer Science and IT students. Companies like HCL and Wipro often participate, while Civil Engineering students have fewer options, with visits from firms like Larsen & Toubro.

Although current placement packages are not highly competitive, efforts are underway to improve them by attracting more companies.
