Phase 1
Candidates are Shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) Round based on:
- Academic Performance at the Senior Secondary Level.
- Academic Performance at Bachelor's Level or equivalent.
- Composite score for Work Experience varies based on the Experience of the Candidate.
- Diversity Factor when the Candidate is a Woman or belongs to a Non-Engineering background.
