GGU B.Sc {Hons.}: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The fees for GGV differs department to department. It may be higher for some departments but less for other. I'm currently pursuing Bachelor's in biotechnology and our fees in the first year was 8000 both 1st and 2nd sem included. Which was paid during admission process altogether. From 2nd year you need to pay semester wise so it is 5000 per semester. And exam registration fees also depends on the category and number of subjects. For me it is 1500.

At the time of our admission the admission fees was Rs 4050/- which included the fees of first semester after that we paid 3000 in second semester. In second year we paid 4050 for each semester. In our 5th sem I paid 4050 and in the last sem I paid 4500 as the semester fees. The Semester fees kept on increasing from the first semester but we don't have to pay any other fees like examination fees , sports fees etc . It includes every fees . Fees of every category(ST, SC or OBC) was same. I was given scholarship by Chhattisgarh government which was same as my tution fees as I belong to OBC (non Creamy layer ) while the students of ST and SC got 1000-2000 more than the OBC category students . Students can also Apply for central government scholarships .

Some of the major schemes include Central Sector Interest Subsidy Scheme (CSIS), Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme and scholarships available through National Scholarship Portal (NSP). In detail: Central Sector Interest Subsidy Scheme (CSIS): This scheme provides interest subsidy on education loans to students from economically weaker sections. The scheme is applicable to education loans taken from scheduled banks under the Model Education Loan Scheme of Indian Banking Association. Chief Minister's Higher Education Scholarship Scheme: This scheme is run by the Government of Chhattisgarh and it provides financial assistance to economically weaker students in pursuing higher education. According to myScheme , this plan pays students ?500 per month for up to 10 months i.e. ?5,000 per year. Disabled students are paid ?1,000 per month i.e. ?10,000 per year. National Scholarship Portal(NSP): This portal provides various scholarship schemes by Government of India available online. GGV students can also apply for several scholarships through this portal. As per the National Portal GGV Student Welfare Schemes: GGV also has a Dean Students Welfare Office which provides students with information on scholarships, fellowships and other financial aid schemes. According to Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur Application Process: CSIS: The application process for this scheme involves taking an education loan and then applying for interest subsidy. The year wise fees we pay here can be paid each semester for the first semester it is around 8000 and for second semester around 4000 every year till three years of the degree. Scholarships by central schemes and Chhattisgarh state scholarships are also provided based on merit and income, for example : central sector scholarships schemes and post matric scholarship Chhattisgarh state.. Apart from that Sudamama yojana is runned by our university to help financially weak students in our university.

Yearly fee is 8500 and is divided by semester wise that is for odd sem 5300 and sor even sem 3300 something near about. Every this is included in this fee not an extra amount is add further. Fee structure is same for all categories but just the difference is other categories like st sc gets scholarship on semester and year basis.

The yearly fees for the course B.Sc.(Hons.) Electronics is around 8000/- Rs. , including 2 semesters. there is one time addimission fees which is 1000/- Rs. applicable on the time of admission only, after admission no any fees (tution , lab , development , etc.) are applicable except semester fees. there is no examination fees for filling exam forn every semester. for all catogries other than general , scholarship provided as per individual catogary. this scholarship is provided by state goverment namely post matric scholarship . scholarship differs from catogary to catogary started from OBC- approx 8000/- Rs. , for ST&SC-approx 12000/- Rs. based on how much yearly fees they are paying in college.

There is approximately 9500 fees of bsc forestry per year which is included tution fee,exam fee ,lab fee etc. The admission fee charge one time at the time of admission which is 7500 in which ist semester fees also include. The scholarship provided to students belonging to sc st , refund 90% fees or even full . There is a scheme in the University -SUDAMA Scheme which provided full fee to the poor (Condition of family is not good) students of any category. There is no requirement of merit in scholarship of science students category but some time othe scholarship program merit is required which is may be scholarship of any ngo , organisation etc .It provide scholarship to any students whose rank is good in merit list.The amount of scholarship is vary as per organisations.

There is no scholarship i obtain yet by my university .i pursue bsc forestry form GGU and its a grest experience. They conduct internships and more usefull sessions. And its great to get addmision in central university.

The 1st semester has a fees of 8025 and second semester has 5025 as fees . From the second year the fees become 7025 and 5025 for both the semesters respectively for rest of the 3 years.scholarships are available based on category from the University and other scholarship like e grants are also eligible for the required ones
