My 4 years in Tezpur University

I disliked how the semester exam criteria is considered, 4 Evaluations in one semester (4months)

Fees and Financial Aid:

For pursuing BTech in Food Engineering and Technology, A student has to pay an amount of ?28143/- PER SEMESTER which is ?1200 more than the rest of the BTech programmes. This ?1200 is for the maintenance and management of the labs required. A student in the sense, if he/she is general and stays in hostel. The amount I have stated includes all of those facilities. There is one more thing to consider, the mess fee which is charged every month for the running of mess. It ranges from 1800-2600 per month in different hostels. Also, if there is reservations quota, students can get the semester fee less, as there hostel fee gets deduced and such similar fees. Some economically weak students also get scholarships which they are to apply before the start of the semester.

Tezpur University Food Engineering and Technology Department Review

The Tution fees for Non reserved students will be around ?28000 and for students with reservation will be around ?26000. The above mention fess include consumable charge of ?1200 ( Only for Food Engineering & Technology students). During admissions we need to pay a caution fee of ?5000 There are numerous scholarships available for students on merit basis such as Ishan Uday.

Tezpur University review

The semseter fees for Btech is 26943 and for Btech (food technology & enginnering )it is 28143. The complete cost will be around 3-4 lakh including hostel fees. The University also provides scholarships for economically weak students and helps them financially. Government scholarships like ishan uday is available for students.

tuition fee in the university is low and varying every semester ,the total coast for education int he uinversity is 80000 per year, semester fee in 1 year is 53886,there are many scholarship in the uinversity merit wise, internship stipend also.

The initial fee for the course of Food Engineering and Technology under the B.Tech course of Tezpur University is 34,600+1000 for the first semester and there will be admission again in 2nd semester. According to me, it's cost-efficient. Though there are many scholarships under government policies haven't applied for any.

The fee structure is very sufficient then other Central universities. But here we don't have any scholarship opportunities. For btech 25k to 28k for semester. Including the Hostel fee. hostel fee max 3000 or 2800.

I have to pay approx around one lakh fifty thousand in my 4 years which is quite affordable for any other engineering student who wants to pursue their studies in engineering. There is not any financial assistance provided by the college if ur student of North East.

A beautiful College

Our course cost over Rs 25,000 for one semester, which included a hostel, transportation to and from town, tuition, lab fees, and other expenses, so I believe it is fairly reasonable given that it is a central university. In every way, the money is well spent. I believe that the environment may help you grow as a person and in life. It nurtures you in every aspect, whether it's cyclical or academic.
