EFLU provides a choice-based credit system requiring a specific number of credits per semester, with courses that can be interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary. Professors are well-qualified, with many holding PhDs, and they employ advanced teaching methods such as presentations and digital tools. A notable requirement is a mandatory 70% attendance to sit for exams, which include three assessments per semester: CT 1 and CT 2, each worth 20 marks, and an end-semester exam worth 100 marks.

The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:50, ensuring good interaction and mentorship. Classes are held between 9 AM and 7 PM, with each session lasting two hours, and a maximum of four classes per day. Teachers are generally approachable and supportive, offering help beyond academic requirements. The exam system is described as fair and transparent. Faculty members are praised for their expertise, friendly nature, and the quality of education they provide.

However, some departments like MNE and CVE are noted to have less experienced faculty compared to ECE, CSE, and EEE. Overall, the faculty are well-qualified, interactive, and provide a nurturing learning environment.
