Entrance Exam Dates Relevant for BCA Admission

ADBU conducts its own personal interview for BCA admission and does not mandate any national entrance exam. However, students who have appeared for CUET-UG may use those scores as supporting credentials. The primary selection criterion at ADBU is the personal interview and past academic record.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed Higher Secondary School Leaving Examination (Class 12 or equivalent) in any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
• Candidates who have studied Mathematics at Class XII level will have an advantage in the selection process.
• All candidates must appear for a Personal Interview conducted by ADBU; there is no written entrance test for BCA.

Admission Process

• Visit the official ADBU online application portal at erp.dbuniversity.ac.in and register using a valid email ID.
• Select the BCA programme, fill in the application form, and pay the application fee of Rs. 600 via UPI, Netbanking, or NEFT.
• The Admission Office will schedule a Personal Interview and communicate the date and time via email and phone.
• Attend the Personal Interview on the scheduled date with original marksheets, proof of date of birth, caste/tribe certificate (if applicable), and the student health form.
• Candidates selected for admission must pay the Admission Fees (Rs. 18,000) on the same day by 5:00 PM; the balance fees are to be paid within 7 days.
• Fees can be paid via UPI, online portal, NEFT, or Demand Draft in favour of "Assam Don Bosco University" payable at Guwahati. No cash or cheque payments are accepted.

Scholarships

• The Economic Status Scholarship requires a family income certificate issued by the Panchayat President or equivalent authority.
