I applied for a Student loan. There will State Bank of India inside the campus which will provide loans with lesser interest rates compared to the market. I cracked the GATE exam in Civil Engineering which offers me a scholarship monthly by HMRD India.

College provide loan facility from the campus bank. U can also take loan from outside bank. I don't know about scholarship so I am not going to comment in it. Loan taking procedures is easy, u can take loan easily.
