GITAM Visakhapatnam Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

in GITAM the course curriculum is followed in the following way There are 3 mids in one sem and one final semester the 3 mids each of 30 marks and then it is divided by 3 internal 70 marks and external 30 marks

The course curriculum is good and Excellent The curriculum meets the demands of current industry job role needs The teaching faculty are excellent and have done research in many areas The library is available for books

Faculty is good. Course structure is Excellent You can learn variety of courses Monthly midterm examinations Provide minor course along with the major subject Good for science but need to work hard on your own

Placements are good with decent packages. Most of the students get placed into the campus placements without getting disappointed. Ccmv, icrisat and many other pharmacy-based and research-based industries. The highest average package can go upto 1cr depending on the designation My plan is to study abroad after graduation.

From last semester students are eligible for campus place ments. Around 60% of the students will get the jobs more. Highest packeg is around 45-50 lakhs per annum.

GITAM offers the best placement opportunities we get Wipro, Microsoft, and TCS and more campus drives in our college and we have good CRT training cell trains in the best possible way to get placed in MNC with a good salary package.

From the 3rd-year 4th semester onwards they are eligible for campus placements. They are many companies that visited placements at GITAM University. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte, Wipro and etc. Almost about 80-100% of students get placed. The highest package is about 13 Lacs per annum, The lowest package is around 3.5 Lacs per annum.

After entering the 4th- 5th semester the placements offers will come but you have to do your own like you should pass group disscussion and tests etc as faulty only helps you to learn and guide you and inform you about placements but you're on your own. Wipro, Accenture etc but i never attended as i was trying soemthing new. I dont know about the highest package but starting package will start from 3LPA. I dont have any clue because i dont look into student percentage in placements or anything about placements. I have completed my graduation now planning something different which i can enjoy it.

All the passes students are eligible for the placements and some of the companies may restrict above 70% to their companies it starts from 5 th semester companies like Infosys,TCS, Capgemini and many other around 70%of the students are getting placed every year

The chances of Science students getting into placements is less as the number of companies that come for recruitment is very less. Because students don't get placements after bachelor's, students opt for masters in government colleges with better placements.
